Nine • Dolls

At a distance you can see a silhouette floating towards you. As it comes closer it reveals itself to be a man, "What is he? A stand user?!" Polnareff shouts.

"Welcome, Mr. Joestar, I am the butler of this house, we were waiting for you." says the man, you relax a bit letting go of Kakyoin but still standing close to him, sure, this guy seemed evil, but at least he was polite and didn't seem like he'd attack you out of nowhere.

"I don't know who you are but you're no ordinary human and I will kill you!" Polnareff yells, "Polnareff calm down!" you say. Suddenly the man throws a card at Polnareff, who summons Chariot and cuts the card in half, you look at the butler and frown.

"My name is D'Arby... Telence T. D'Arby" he begins his sentence bowing down "The D'Arby you defeated, was my older brother." You shudder just remembering what happened.

While you were fighting D'Arby you offered to play with him right after Polnareff, and ended up losing, after that, you just remember coming back and Avdol telling you Jotaro managed to win.

"Here, please come in, I'll take your jacket" says D'Arby, 'stepping' aside.

"Are you planning on avenging your brother?" Avdol asks, the butler smiles "Of course not, did he not tell you his motto? 'It's the loser's fault for being deceived and losing'" he says bowing down again. "And, I do believe that as well. He fought you and lost, the one who loses comes off as the evil one. I hold no grudge against you.. My brother is my brother. We're two different people. My only mission is to protect Lord Dio." you frown hearing his words.

You stood is disbelief, clinging to Kakyoin's arm once again and shaking nervously. D'Arby's stand managed to dodge Star Platinum's attack...

You flinch when he grabs Star Platinum's arm "Too bad... To bad I lost the bet... Just like my brother I love gambling, but luck is never ony my side" he chuckles "As an apology, I'll take to a wonderful world..." he says, a hole forms under him as he pulls Star Platinum in, which causes Jotaro to follow.

"T-This hallway was a trap to pull us in!" says Avdol. "Jotaro!" Joseph shouts, "Hierophant Green!" "Ocean's Deep!" both you and Kakyoin call out your stands at the same time, Hierophant dives into the pit to grab Jotaro's arm, as Hermit Purple grabs his other arm, you decide to help out on Kakyoin's side, still attached to his arm, he still didn't mind.

"Jotaro's falling! Pull him out!" Joseph shouts, then D'Arby comes up and looks straight at the three of you "I guess I have no choice, join us..." he says. The three of you are pulled in, and Joseph tells Avdol to set the mansion on fire if you don't come back in ten minutes.

"Looks like we've been taken hostage." "Is this an illusion? Are we under ground or above ground?" Kakyoin looks at you, you are still tugging onto his arm, breathing heavily, he sighs, putting his arm around your shoulders "Old man... Kakyoin.. Y/N... His stand definitely knew I was going to attack with my right arm, if we don't figure out why... We lose this one.." you gulp hearing Jotaro's words and step a little closer to Kakyoin holding his hand on your shoulder.

"Let me show you this... My brother should have shown you his. The collection..." says D'Arby, opening a cabinet revealing a collection of dolls. Immediately after he opens the doors, the dolls start letting out pained moans and grunts, and begging the man to let them die. You tremble, Kakyoin notices this and pulls you closer to him, you tug onto his uniform.

"When your attack was forseen by me, you were probably shocked, maybe still are! It wasn't a lot, but there was a weak spot in your soul Jotaro! And I was able to touch it! Guess what happened when I did..." D'Arby smirks, you glance over at Jotaro, his face flashes with sudden realization, he pulls up his sleeve and you gasp at the sight of a hand shape under his skin, grabbing onto him.
