Joanna's POV
I always believed I would never know the feeling of happiness. Especially after everything that has happened to me in the past, but right now, right now I'm happy, and I absolutely love this feeling. I've also never felt like I belonged to a family, but walking with my new family back to their pack house, I finally feel belonged.
Everybody was laughing and joking around, while I was getting to know everyone still. So far I've learned that Will is the best fighter out everyone except for Liam if course and he is super cocky, but then again everybody in this pack is. Jacob is the quiet one, and is like insanely smart. He knows everything about our world, he's like the werewolves community super librarian. Noah is the sweet and caring one, and I have a feeling he's going to be the best friend and the one that I go to for comfort. Now Jayden and Kayden are the wild ones. The saying "Double The Trouble" is so accurate when it comes to them. When their together, which their always are, it is full of pranks and jokes and mayhem. Last and most definitely not the least Is Liam. The Alpha of the Maximo Bellatores, and the sexiest man I have ever seen minus Mason of course. Liam makes me feel like a girl, he could make me blush by just smiling. He numbs the pain of Mason, and for that I'm grateful. Besides being sexy, he is like everybody else's characteristics put into one. He's smart, cocky, caring, and funny. He's the ultimate package.
"Well now that you know everyone, and we know all about you, let me just say that we are glad to have you with us" Liam states as we near a massive mansion, or castle I should say. "And I would also like to tell you that we are not the only ones in this pact. There is one more member. She couldn't come out for a run today that was why we were back there and that's when we smelled you-"
"Wait Wait Wait just a second!" I interrupted Liam. "There's another GIRL?!?! I'm not the only one?!?!" I yelled.
"Uh yes? Her name is Suzanna, and you might be a little shocked to meet her..." Liam trails off.
"Why would I be shocked? I'm ecstatic to not be the only girl!" I questioned.
"Well being shocked is a surprise!" Jayden and Kayden say in unison.
Cocking an eyebrow, I tried asking them more about her and why I would be surprised, but we were at the huge wide door leading to the inside of their home. As we walked through I caught the most amazing scent of peanut butter cookies, my favorite. Right away my mouth starts to water, and without my permission my body starts going towards the smell.
"Oh my gosh! It smells amazing in here!" I yell as I walk into a professional and grand looking kitchen. I see the back of a young girl about the same height as me and when she turned around I now knew what the guys meant when they said I would be shocked and surprised. This girl standing in front of me looks exactly like me, except more happier and alive. She looks like the girl in my dreams, the one I always thought was mocking me. She looked just as surprised and shocked as I was.
"W-what the hell?" I say right before everything went black and I collapsed on the floor.
