i made it this far isn't that what you're
supposed to saynot that was all right but try another day
i feel like the moon and sun are just about to cascade
and when they do everything around you will fade
but you don't mind so much who cares about what they say
their conspiracies are fake so don't be led astray
metaphorically speaking we are closer to the stars
we have taken off in rockets, ships and now we're in cars
we've stopped at traffic lights many countless times
we've prayed to God that we will all have effortless climbs
sure it's been a bumpy road a lot of rollercoasters on the way
but i don't feel ashamed it's been a short and beautiful stay
nature, chocolate and sunlight a few of what i like
no one will ever be ready for when death decides to strike
so now tell the story but in one simple word
that would leave a billion things left unheard
