It's been a year since Blackpink debuted and Lisa couldn't be happier about it. Being able to sing and dance for a living with three other incredibly talented girls isn't something that she takes lightly. She will forever feel immensely grateful for everything that life has handed her so far.

Coming to Korea from Thailand on her own was the most difficult decision she had ever made but it sure as hell was the best one. Despite all the excitement to become an
idol there was also the heartbreak of leaving her family behind. They meant everything to her and having to start over in a whole new country where she didn't know a soul was terrifying.

But soon after she enrolled in the YG company her bandmate and other former trainee Jisoo took her under her wing and did everything she could to teach her Korean. Not being able to understand each other was a struggle but as time flew by Lisa kept understanding everything better and better until she was able to speak Korean herself. Non of the trainees were allowed to speak English to her which ofcourse made her feel lonely. She had
No one to talk to about how she felt but that changed when she met one of her bandmates. Jennie Kim. She didn't care wether she was allowed to speak english or not, she did it anyway. Soon the two of them became closer and wherever Jennie was, there was Lalisa Manoban.

Present

It was about to be a busy summer for Blackpink. Last month they made their comeback with the song As if it's your last. Everyone seemed to love the song. All the performances, variety shows and radio interviews had worn them out but they couldn't be happier. All because of Blinks.

Back in their dorm Lisa was in her room when she heard laughter coming from Jennie's room. Jisoo was probably with her. The past months they've grown a lot closer. Lisa used to be like that with Jennie, sometimes they're still like that but she spends most of her time with Jisoo when they're home. Chaeyoung knows how much it effects Lisa and is always there to comfort her. She became her number one support system.

Lisa feels bad for her, there have been countless amounts of time where she wanted to hangout and just have fun but her sad ass just kept sulking about Jennie. But still she never judged her and kept on listening to whatever bullshit she was saying. Lisa think Rosé knows about her feelings for Jennie even though she has never admitted it . It's like an unspoken thing between the two of them.

Someone knocked on Lisa's door but she already knew it was Rosé. It has become this automatic thing for her to come into Lisa's room whenever Jisoo and Jennie are being close and playful again.

"Hi lisa." She whispered as she lay down next to her and snaked her arm around her waist.

"Hi, they're at it again." Lisa said and Rosé smiled at her apologetacally.

"Don't listen to it Lis." She sighed and turned to face Rosé.

"I can't take it anymore Chae, it hurts, it hurts so damn bad. Why can't she be like that with me. Am I not fun enough? Or not pretty enough? I don't understand." She felt tears coming down. She promised herself not to cry tonight but Jennies effect on her is too big.

"Don't say things like that okay? Yes you're like the most annoying person ever, but there's no one I'd rather call my best friend. You are so amazing Lisa please believe me. Just because Jennie may not always see that it doesn't mean that it isn't true and you're smart enough to know that." Rosé said and Lisa knew she was right.

"I know... I just want her to get out of my head." Lisa was full on sobbing by now. She hates crying in front of people but with Chaeyoung it was different. She knew how to handle it so here the two of them lay with no words being spoken and the only things to be heard where Lisa's sobs and Jennie and Jisoo's laughter somewhere in the background.

A handful of minutes had passed and her head was laying in Rosés lap and tears were still spilling from her eyes.

Suddenly I heard the door open and Lisa's eyes were met with no one other than Jennie Kim herself.

"Lisa? What's wrong? Why are you crying." She said and immidiately came over to the crying girl to intertwine Lisa's hand with hers.

Why does she always have to do that. Lisa feels like one minute it feels like she forgets she even exists and the other minute she treats her as if she's the most special person to ever be alive.

She sat up and wiped the tears from her eyes.

"Nothing Jen, don't worry." She said quietly without looking up to her eyes.

"Lisa come on, just tell me what's wrong." Jennie put her hand under her chin and lifted her head so their eyes met.

"Jennie I said it's nothing please just go to sleep now." She felt the tears forming again but she wasn't gonna let herself cry in front of her anymore.

"I'm not leaving here until you tell me." Jennie sat down and stared at her waiting for her to spill what's wrong.

"Uhm Jen I think it's best if we just let this rest. She doesn't wanna talk about it so yeah maybe just talk about it tomorrow or something." Rosé said and Lisa couldn't be more thankful.

"Chae, I'm talking to Lisa not to you! I really appreciate it that you're being such a good friend to her but I deserve to know as much as you what's wrong with her." Jennie stated.

Silence fell over the room until Jisoo barged in with an unknowing face.

"Uhm Jennie I was looking for you can we go to sleep? And oh goodnight Lis&Chae." Jisoo said softly and came to hug them goodnight right after.

Jennie left her room with giving her one last look. Lisa knew this wasn't over, there was no way she was letting this go.

"Rosie I think she's mad. It was really sweet of you but I don't want to fight with her." Lisa said.

"I know I'm sorry. I didn't know how else to get her to leave you alone. But don't worry I don't think she's mad at you. Probably at me but that's a worry for tomorrow. Come on now let's sleep." Rosie said as she kissed her forehead.

They said their goodnights and fell asleep shortly after it.
