Part 2; Fourth Of July

Today is the Fourth of July, tonight is my party. Me and my sister like to take parties a little out of hand, but that's just what makes it fun.

I invited Hayes and his family to the party, I'm not sure if he'll show but I hope he does.

I finished editing my vlog and uploaded it to my second YouTube channel, tayextra.

"Taylor help me with this!" Brianna yelled to me and I walked downstairs to help her.

"Put this in the freezer that's downstairs, along with this and this." She said and handed me a fifth of vodka, Smirnoff, and pucker.

"How'd you buy this?" I asked her and she shrugged and smirked while putting some food she had purchased into the fridge.

"That's for me to know and for you to never find out." I rolled my eyes and did what she told me to do.

The party starts at 5, but the after party starts when it gets dark, when all the adults leave and there's no one to yell at us.

After I had helped my annoying but lovely sister, I went back up to my room and finished getting ready.
I threw on a black t shirt dress that I paired with a dark green, jacket. I'm thinking I'll wear my thigh high black boots with this outfit but I'm not too sure yet.

I got a text from an unknown number but instantly knew who it was.

Hey it's Hayes, I'll be at your party around 8. Sound good?

I typed my response and hit send.

Sounds perfect <3

My tummy began to twist, why was I so nervous? I mean, yes, Hayes is extremely attractive and any girl would be blessed to have him but I barely know him, I'll just do me and see what happens.

I pulled out my vlog camera and began talking.

"Alright so it's an hour before the party and we're just now getting the house decorated and cleaned, we definitely don't have time for this but ya know, two teen girls living in a big house, what more do you expect?" I walked over to the freezer full of alcohol and pointed the camera at it.

"Adult drinks, I'm an adult right? Close enough." I shrugged and closed the freezer and walked outside.

"Most of you know that my house is on the beach, there's houses around us but most of them are seasonal owners only, us being one of the only people who live here all year round." I explained and pointed the camera at the beach and the set up we have outside. We put chairs everywhere, little tables in between, the fire pit is full and ready to be lit, the barbecue is on the deck. Tonight is going to be perfect.

"Taylor!" Brianna yelled and I shut my camera off and ran inside.

"What the hell did you do!?" I yelled as I saw that broken glass was everywhere.

"All the plates were pushed against the cupboard and when I opened it they all fell." She explained and I took a step, only to have a piece of glass poke my foot.

"Ow!" I yelled and sat down at the table, I pulled the little glass piece out and rubbed it with my hand, it'd be fine.

"I'm gonna go put shoes on and then help you clean this, I'll grab you some shoes." I walked over to the shoe rack and grabbed both of our adidas slides. I slid mine on and handed Bri's to her.

I grabbed the broom and swept all the glass up, Brianna held the dust pan and then threw away all the glass.

"I think we got it all, what do we do about plates now?" I asked her.
