Ivan's POV
I looked around nervously as I held her hand in one of my hands and with the free hand I patted my pocket. You see, the other day I had went to the jewelry store with her big brother Mathew and got an engagement ring. It was kind of hard to find the right one because at first all we saw were the really extravagant ones and ( name ) doesn't like things that are to extravagant or look kinda busy. You see she seems to see the diamond in the rough , she enjoys simple things like tire swings and eating watermellons on her back porch. You see she used to live in the country with her 5 older brothers ( from oldest to youngest ) Simon, Theodore, Axel, Peter, and Mathew, and then her younger brother max he's 7. All of her brothers except Mathew and Max are in the army but we managed to get them all on Skype so they would know what I'm about to do and they are all fine with it I even have Max's approval and that means a lo
t to her. But any ways we were looking everywhere and then we found it it was a simple opal ring. The best part about it was A it was her mothers ring, Mathew identified it as the ring his mother wore until she passed away, when ( name ) was really young , and the same one she had worn everyday until someone stole it from her a couple years back B since everyone else thought it was ugly we got huge discounts. I decided not to think about it so I turned to look at her. Gosh she looks beautiful. Then we made it to the meadow where we first met. It was a daisy field and she loves daisys. She says they just look so pure, kind of like her. Anyways she and I sat on the checkered blanket. We talked about anything and everything. Then after we were done eating I took out the ring box while she was looking away. Well here goes nothing.
