Five • Terrifying Dreams

Death 13 the puts the tip of its scythe in Polnareff's mouth, you gasp, "Our stands! Can we not use them because we're in a dream?!" 

"Laliho~ Isn't it romantic to die in a dream?" Death 13 giggled "DIE!"  Death 13 makes its move and your eyes widen"Polnareff!" both you and Kakyoin call out for the french man. "Hm?" Death 13 looked slightly displeased, you glance at Polnareff watching him fade away "Ah... Someone woke him up..."

You wake up gasping for air like you had a terrible dream, Polnareff was shaking you, you rubbed your eyes and looked at him, "Hey, can you help me out?" he says pointing at the baby, apparently he was having some trouble changing his diaper, you didn't really have experience with babies yourself so you were kind of stuck as well, but you both tried your best. "Nn..Ah." you hear Kakyoin's voice and glance at him, he was sweating and looked kind of nervous, as you were reaching for him to wake him up he started flailing his arms around, hitting your arm quite hard. "Kakyoin?!" you yell "Hey! What's wrong Kakyoin!" Jotaro looks behind him at Kakyoin, who suddenly kicks Joseph making him bump the controls, "Oh shit! This is bad!" you hold onto Kakyoin who was still moving, then suddenly stopped.

"I'll use Hermit Purple to control the plane!" Joseph called out his stand and got it into the controls, stabilizing the plane. All of you sighed in relief. "Look at me! I'm amazing! My flying was basically flawless!" "Look out!" Jotaro yelled as the wing of the plane crashed into a coconut tree, you facepalmed internally.

"Hey Kakyoin! This was all your fault! What the hell is wrong with you?!" Polnareff shouted, you glared at him "That's not true, it's not his fault for having a bad dream, he doesn't control his body in his sleep." you say, looking firmly into Polnareff's eyes, looking back at Kakyoin changing your expression into a more concerned one. "I just felt so tired when I woke up... Am I not fit enough to go on?" you shuddered as you heard him doubting himself.

You walked up to him "I think you'll get over this soon, you just need to get some proper rest, if only those dreams stopped you would be fine" you kneel on the ground next to the rock he was sitting on, he smiled at you, it was a sad smile, you smiled back. He looked at his arm and noticed it bleeding "No wonder I felt hurt" "Hm?" you looked at his armed and gasped "Did I get these when we crashed?" Kakyoin questioned himself pulling his sleeve up, you got up and got slightly closer to him to get a better view of his arm, your eyes widen when you see his wounds "What? My wounds..! They're words!" You could read out the words Baby Stand on his arm. You looked at him concerned "Baby Stand! It's my writing but I can't remember...Did I cut myself...?"

"It looks like it was made by this knife but there's no blood on the knife...?" he turned his head to you, you looked a bit concerned, not only for his sanity, but you were actually trying to figure out what it meant. "Am I forgetting something very important...?" Suddenly you feel like you're being watched, both you and Kakyoin turn to the baby's direction feeling like it's coming from there. "Huh? Did the baby..." "The baby looked away intentionally!" Kakyoin gets up and you both walk up to the baby, Kakyoin grabs him and looks him in the eyes, you glare at him "Kakyoin are we both going mad?" you ask not breaking visual contact with the baby "Maybe..." 

Suddenly the baby starts crying and you're both startled "Kakyoin! Y/N! What are you doing?!" both of you turn to Joseph as he was yelling at you, you shudder stepping back a little, Joseph takes the baby from Kakyoin's hand and you looked at each other.

Both you and Kakyoin were together in silence reflecting on your actions, you could overhear Polnareff talking to Jotaro "Hey Jotaro... About Kakyoin... He's had some nightmares and caused this situation, then he got mad at the baby, then suddenly Y/N joined him in his thing, there's something wrong with them... Do you think they can still go on...?" you put your knees to your chest hearing Polnareff's words, you did believe Kakyoin... "We both saw it... The baby looked away intentionally, like he was afraid we'd found something out... We're not crazy..." you thought to yourself hugging your knees tighter, you glanced at the baby, which you clearly saw killing a scorpion with a safety pin. You looked at Kakyoin, who was standing up looking at the baby with wide eyes, you stood up as well, turning your head back at the baby.

"Mr. Joestar! Polnareff!" you and Kakyoin called out "Did you see that? The baby is dangerous! He isn't even one year old but he already know what a scorpion is and he killed it with his own hands!" Kakyoin explains and you nod. "Hold on a second, a scorpion?! Where?!" Joseph asks. "In his crib!" you say going toward the basket with Kakyoin. 

Kakyoin started throwing the blankets and the pillow around with your help, "I-It's not here... Mr. Joestar we're telling the truth!" you say. "That's enough you two! You're both tired! Just get some rest and we'll talk in the morning!" both you looked at each other in defeat, then you directed your eyes to Kakyoin's arm, just as he did, then he glanced at you, you nodded... "Wait! Mr. Joestar! We have proof!" you call for Joseph and he looked back at you. Kakyoin pulled his sleeve back "We have no idea where he hid the scorpion, but look at Kakyoin's arm!" you say, everyone's eyes are directed to his arm, their eyes widen "Look! The wounds on my arms! They form words! It must've been from the dreams!" Kakyoin says, you nod.

"Kakyoin... The wounds on your arm... Did you do this to yourself?" Jotaro asked "And Y/N... are you... encouraging him...?" you shuddered and you and Kakyoin looked at each other "Did they misunderstand us even more...?" you thought. 

"Then... We'll just have to use brute force" you nodded firmly and both of you summoned your stands and started running towards the baby.

You felt something hard hit your head and then everything went black.

You woke up in the amusement park, you were with Kakyoin. "Shit what do we do now?!" Kakyoin looks at you, worried, his eyes widen "Y/N! Your stand! But I thought you couldn't summon your stand in this dream..." You pointed to his left "Look! Your Hierophant is also here!" "Maybe it's because we were knocked out with them already summoned" Kakyoin crossed his arms, you nodded in agreement "Well, then this means we might actually have a chance to beat him!" both of you smiled determined, and started walking in search of Death 13.

Both of you sat down inside one of the tea cups, waiting for Death 13 to come out, then you looked to your right and saw Jotaro, Joseph and Polnareff struggling, and Death 13 threatening them, your stand and Hierophant made their way over to their place you quickly used your whip and lassoed Death 13's neck, while Hierophant snuck up on him and strangled him with his hands. "W-What?! T-These aren't duplicates..! These are real! Impossible!".

"Look! It's Kakyoin and Y/N!" Polnareff pointed at you two. "Did you forget we summoned our stands before we passed out? We just hid them before everyone went to sleep" Kakyoin explained with a grin on his face. "It's time for payback...baby" Kakyoin smirked and you giggled at his sentence, both of you got up and jumped out of the cup.

"Y/N... Get up." You slowly open your eyes as you hear Kakyoin's voice whispering softly into your ear, you blush slightly, getting up carefully, "Should I wake everyone else up?" you ask, Kakyoin shakes his head "Let's just pretend like this whole drama never happened and act normal, could you prepare some baby food while I start preparing breakfast?" he smiled, you nodded and got the ingredients, it didn't take long before it was done. Kakyoin put the pan over the fire and started waking up everybody, going back to pan and pulling his sleeve up.

"Ah! Hey, Kakyoin, Y/N! Are you alright now?" Polnareff looked at both of you "What?" you and Kakyoin said at the same time, which made you giggle and blush a little. "What do you mean what? You completely lost it last night! Kakyoin, you even carved baby stand on your arm!" you and Kakyoin looked at each other, Polnareff looked at Kakyoin's arm in confusion "Huh...? The scars are gone!"

"Ok! Time to change the baby! Y/N bring the baby food please!" you smiled and nodded getting the bowl, you both kneeled down in front of the baby, you opened its diaper "Now, you're a baby, so that's why we're not going to injure you, we'll leave you in a village nearby, go find your mom and never come near us again, or we will punish you..." both of you glared at the baby. "Like this.." Kakyoin took the bowl and the spoon from your hand and reached out the spoon getting a small amount of the baby's droppings, dropping them in the baby food with a smirk across his lips, you laughed as he mixed everything together.

"My! You two even made baby food!" Joseph was walking toward you and grabbed the bowl and the spoon, you and Kakyoin watched the baby being force fed at a distance, both with victorious smiles across your faces.

[A/N] Oki, I hope you enjoyed this one, it took me extra long because of the length compared to my other chapters this one's a beast, but I really liked Death 13's episode and chapters of the manga so I had to write it ~
