I like dawn because
It's so peaceful.
Dawn brings a sense of tranquility
Swirling within me
It washes over me
Like the deep green sea
A sense of loneliness but
A good kind of loneliness.
Sometimes dawn fills the hole of isolation I have
It becomes my friend
Welcomes me into a new day and holds my hand
Telling me to begin again.
I become revived at dawn.
At dawn.
