"If you don't want them to be doing something, you shouldn't be doing it yourself"

Majority of woke twitter is full of individuals who allow their emotions to drive their moralities. Which result in them blindly thinking in double standards. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm all for feminism, but you cannot tell me that you're preaching for equalitu and less hate against the female gender if you're going to turn around and generalize that all men are," dead beat fathers" or "stupid", lesser than females, etc. You really can't expect me to take you seriously. I'm all for trying to keep the peace and NOT spreading hate, but I'm not going to agree with you if you're just going to turn around amd do the same thing.

So the picture above was a tweet I had come across last night, and my initial thought was," spread the love sis"

So the picture above was a tweet I had come across last night, and my initial thought was," spread the love sis". I get it, she is a person of color, she is reaching out to others who are POC, but more specifically, black people. So I go to the comments in hopes to find positivity and I found a comment that I loved, but clearly the original tweeter did not:

Now, really, was there any wrong in what @BillyGoatSham said? No. Because he is 100-percent right. The world is a cruel place for everyone living in it, of course the cruelty has many different levels depending on who you are- and that sucks. The dividing of groups that we do ourselves is unecessary and simply makes the problem worse. And her response?

"I dont care for white people"

Which IS, infact, an effed up and hypocritical thing to say (thank you Rafael). And here she is, thinking she's such a bad momma that she did nothing wrong- wow, okay. Lemme drop a few points in why that's wrong, if you're reading this and thinking I'm trippin.

School Shootings: The victims were not only people of color, there were white people, asian people, transgendered people, a bunch of people. A school environment is filled with the same types of people out in the real world, all different based on race, gender, and sexuality, but we all bleed red. And all these victims all died the same. Here is an example of the world being cruel.

She immediately assumed he was only talking about white people: So that's what it's been, all along. Black or White, no in between. Okay, that's fine. Completely disregard any ethnicity or race in between as if we dont exist.

-- I'm going to pause for a moment--

I know some ethnicites and groups of people have it worse than others, but this isn't a damn competition. Other people are hurting, the world is not only a coin in which there are two sides. So why is it always a constant fight about who has it worse?

Every race deals with racism, with violence, seperation, and hate. All of which are spread in many different forms. Stereotypes. How is it so hard for people to see that?

---okay back---

I'm sorry, you can't expect me, or anyone, to take you seriously if you're going to live with the mindset of prejudice, hate, and grouping all the while preaching against it when it's being aimed at you.

Actually, no, I'm not sorry.

You really think you're being the bigger person? You think you're better than the people that are evidently causing your anger- which not all of the social group is doing?

Not all black people are gangsters

Not all asian people are good at math

Not all white people are white supremacist

Not all gay people like makeup

Just because someone is lesbian, doesnt mean they like you JUST because you're a girl

The list can go on and on

The thing is, I also get the mindset of," let black people have their own thing"

But compassion, LOVE, respect for others, empathy, kindness, understanding, being a good human being is not something that only Black people, white, people, asian people, or a specific group of people should have. We ALL should have it. And double standard go so far being race as well, gender roles (which in my opinion shouldnt exist for either genders). It's a ridiculous mindset to have.

I'm sorry if you find offence in the words," ALL lives matter", but it's not meant to diminish the struggles that black people have, but it's shining light that there are ethnicities out there going through the same thing. Doesnt matter the skin color, there's always someone who hates a group for something they can't control.

Be a better person, and be open minded. Be a better person and stop acting like the individuals who are doing you wrong. Grow Up. This isnt high school where you're gonna be considered cool for bullying back the kid who bullied you.

The world is already cruel enough as it is, don't be part of what's making it worse. We need to stop dividing ourselves because in order to reach that peace you all preach about, you need to actually do something. And spreading hate and more chaos is not the way to do it.
