Description: I don't really have much of a plot for this one, but I had the random idea of having a book written through the eyes of a small child (how young is your choice - but it would probably be easier to have a 10+-year-old). This child would be an orphan in an orphanage until a same-sex couple adopts him/her. At first, everything is fine, but as the book progresses we can see that the kid is being bullied/made fun of in school because of his parents. How you address this is your choice, but I imagine the child being really sad and wishing his parents had never adopted him, etc, etc...
Characters: Probably the only relevant characters for this story are the parents and the child, but you can introduce more characters if you want. Maybe a friend to the kid? It's up to you.
