Description: A book in which we're introduced to two characters that have their souls linked. They feel immediately drawn to each other and soon discover that, for several generations, they have been lovers. However, as they discover more and more about their past, they realize that all of their past relationships have ended in tragedy, as they do what they can to try to stop it. Whether they make it or not is up to you.
Characters (this is just a suggestion): I pictured one of the characters to be extremely perfectionist and to always be the top of her class (or the most dedicated employee at her job - depends how old he/she is) and the other to be really intelligent/talented but to not really live up to his/her true potential. So, the first character, who studies/works really hard, always as to force the other character to not let his/her talent go to waste.
Title: The title that I've always associated with this story was "Fate cannot be changed" but, obviously, you can change it if you want to.
Cover: I picture a cover with an hourglass almost running out with the title on its left side (sort of "falling" with the sand) and maybe a quote from the book right below the hourglass. If you're interested I can design a cover for your book!
