Kathy POV

I walked up to Kenneth's car. 'Do you mind bringing us to the cinema, Ken?' I pleaded. Ken rolled his eyes and sighted. 'What movie are you going to?' He asked, while we got in the car. 'Vampire united.' Patrick said. Vampire united was a movie about a vampire football team trying to get the football league to accept them in the world championship. Ken smiled and drove the car out of the parking lot. By the cinema he stopped and said 'I'll be here round six to pick you up, Cookie, if the film ends sooner, call me.' 'Don't call me, Cookie.' I said ignoring his comment. 'I'm serious, Cookie. If you dare to leave this cinema you're grounded. Kathy are you listening?' He yelled after me. I get so annoyed by them sometimes. I know they mean well. But I feel like a child, being brought and picked up from school or appointments with my friend's. I'm not even allowed out after dark. I mean come on if freaking fifthteen. Next month I'll be sixteen. 'It's a pity Duncan couldn't come.' Patrick said. Since he noticed Wendy's attention was purely friendly he started to like the new boy. 'Yeah, I guess they got a lot to do, since they just moved here yesterday.' I said, trying to stop my heart from reacting to just the mention of his name. Wendy nodded and said: 'Perhaps we should throw him a welcome party.' She said, winking at Patrick 'Cool idea.' Patrick said. 'My parent are out of town this weekend so we can keep it in my house.' I sighted if they threw a party that usually mend I was supposed to arrange everything. My party's where famous, if I say so myself. At Wendy's party last year there came over three hundred guests, and not because Wendy was so popular. I mean we're not outcast or anything. Kurt wouldn't allow that, but we're no cheerleaders either. I'm a non- professional party planner, but everyone seems to wanna hire me, well Kirsten which was my alias. No one knew is was doing this accept for Wendy and Patrick. They help me with what I need and keep my secret for me and I help them plan they're party's for free. 'Lets just ask Duncan if he wants to have a party, oké?' I said, kind of hoping he wouldn't. Where was I supposed to get a welcome banner before Friday. It was Wednesday already. 'Lets call him after the movie.' Patrick whispered, because the movie begun. I took off my baseball cap and placed it before me. I had seen this movie before and it wasn't very interesting, but Wendy and Patrick wanted to go so I went with them. Ass they watched the screen in horror I yarned and closed my eyes.

When I opened my eyes. Duncan was lingering over me. 'Hi.' I said quite surprised. He smiled at me and stroked my cheek. 'Hi.' He whispered before he grapped my arm and raised me up. He wrapped his arms around me and smiled 'you're gorges, Katy.' He whispered. Suddenly he bent his head and kissed me. When he pulled back I moaned 'Kathy, Kathy.' He said annoyed.

I opened my eyes to see Wendy and Patrick look at me. A blush coloured my cheeks. 'Come on the movie is over.' Wendy said quite amused. We went outside and waited for Ken to come. 'Was the movie so boring for you, Kathy.' Patrick said teasingly. My blush became more red by the second. I just wanted to die when Wendy said: 'Perhaps she dreamed of a boy.' 'Who, Kathy. No.' laughed Patrick. I gave them my best Mona Lisa smile. 'Perhaps I did.' Said. Ken pulled up and waved at me. 'You guys need a ride.' He asked my friends. Patrick shook his head. He lived to doors down the cinema and Wendy stay the night with him. I stepped in the car and waved at my friends before we rode off.

Duncan POV

'I hate going to a new school, but my father has to move a lot for work so it happens quite often. Thank god, this school isn't so uptight as my last one. There are some pretty cool people here. Like Kathy for instance. I've never met a girl like her before. She's really down to earth and doesn't constantly check in the mirror how she looks.' I said trough his phone. On the other end of the line was my best friend Billy we've been calling each other over the seven years that past since I moved away. Billy used to be my neighbor and we played a lot together when we where kids. 'Yeah, here in Miami you won't find those girl.' Billy said chuckling. Billy still lived at the house where he lived as a child, at Miami beach. I said laughing: 'Neither did I in California, Chicago or New York, but here in Kansas. They've got it here.' Billy was still for a moment and then said: 'Wow, you really like this girl, do ya.' I looked around and made a agreeing sound. It would be typical me, if she stood behind me right now. I really liked her. 'Hey I need to hang, man. My mom is calling.' Billy said. 'Bye, bye.' I said before hanging up. Immediately my mobile rang again. 'Duncan O'Brian.' I answered it. 'Hi, Duncan, its Patrick. Listen we want to give a welcoming party for you, but Kathy said we first had to ask you.' Patricks voice sounded trough the phone. I smiled. People here where very nice. No one ever gave me a party before. 'I think its great, but we can't do it in my house.' He said worried. Patrick laughed and assured me: 'No, don't worry. Kirsten will take care off that. Kirsten is Pertiel's party planner and Pertiel is this little town, but you already know that. If people find out she plan's you're party everyone will come.' After we hand up a took a shower. Strangely Kathy's eyes seemed to roam my brain and thought's. when I closed my eyes her face appeared. Got she was pretty and thankfully she wasn't one of those girly girls.
