Once upon a time, there lived a fairy
In a forest, surrounded by big plants, with
their sweet fragnant flowers, and beast, which were all hairy
She was soft, beautiful and kind
An intelligent creature with a broad mind
She was fun loving and helpful
and faced every situation, no matter, how much was it dreadful
But no one can change the winds of fate
when, at same time, it snatches every happiness
and closes each hopeful gate..
There came a centaur, galloping
All strong, handsome and fearsome
with a proud face and voice challenging..
All birds, beasts and plants were scared
of this mighty warrior, who fought and dared..
The wind of this young centaur reached the fairy's ear
She was captivated by his valor
which made all creatures to cower in fear..
As she approached him, a beautiful sight greeted her,
A noble face with flawless body
surrounded with soft fur..
He stared at her, with his shocking blue eyes,
in which everything was true and there were no hidden lies..
They instantly fell in love with each other
Their life was now full of blossoms
which hitherto, from no love was unsheltered..
They met everyday, what may be the weather
for now their hearts, filled with love,
was as light as a feather..
Days, months and years flew by
And they both waited, for the knot of love
between them to permanently tie..
One day, as the fairy waited for her heart
There came, full of strange beings and things, a cart.
Down a stepped a fair fellow,
Who was as pale as moonlight with eyes piercing yellow..
"This is a news which your heart may not accept," he said
"He was a brave person, who fought courageously in the war
to protect his people, and now his body lay in the battlefield
all withered and dead..."
The fairy listened to his words, tears streaming down
Everything was lost and never will she wear the wedding gown.
"When his breaths were short and he neared his end,
he took took your name feeling sad, saying he was going to
create a gap in your life, which will never mend.
He sent you these," said the fair fellow, giving her something.
Numbly she took and a pain shot in her body, sizzling.
There lay, in the folds of the cloth, two shocking blue eyes,
In which once, there used to be no hidden lies,
the eyes she loved the most,
were now seemed as shimmering ghost..
The fair fellow left her, standing alone
to weep for her past and for beautiful days, which were gone.
After that fairy was never seen again in the forest.
And the creatures of there, somberly remembered
her, a person with warm heart and all modest.
Few weeks later, she was seen at last,
talking to shadow, which she never cast.
What made beasts, birds and plants
yelp in surprise, were her shocking blue eyes
which held no hidden lies.
And then, the fairy vanished forever,
to find her lost love, and to rest in the arms of her lover.....
