From Unknown To Known!

Chapter 1

It all started on the first day of high school....

I was waiting for this day my whole life! I thought that if I went to high school, my whole life would change. It did change, but maybe not the way I've thought it would and I surely didnt think I was gonna turn out that way. I've always been a girl that didnt think that impressing people and getting their attention was big deal. Instead I would laugh at the girls that would try to be in the popular crowd in middle school.  There was this one group of girls , we named them "glamous" because they wore 5 tones of makeup and dressed like barbie dolls. I particularly hated this girl named Bianca aka Queen B... She was the fondation of this group, if she did something everyone else would do it. Anyway coming back to me , I'm fairly short , im quiet and shy and I'm not a popular kid, but I have a best friend named Jake.

So today is the first of school, I planned my outfit for maybe like 3 weeks. I was very excited about all the new clothes I've bought. It was a cute knitted sweater and some ripped light jeans, it's pretty cold here in september and I'm always cold so I need warm things on my back. I don't take long in the mornings so I usually will sleep in, I don't wear makeup because I'm lazy and I don't have to impress everyone with my majestic face. So today I decided to take the car with my older sister, she's usually never here so I walk most of the time. When I stepped out of the door of the car, a rush of energy came over my body and I was suddenly nervous and I couldn't breathe. I was walking and I felt like everyone was looking at me, but I know it's just the nerves. I decided to call Jake so he can join me and so I won't feel so lonely in this huge place. We've always been in the same class, but this year we aren't in any classes together. We talked for a while before class and the bell rong so I ran so I wouldn't be late to my first class in high school. While I was running to class, my books fly in the air and I crash and fall on the ground. I hit my head pretty hard and went unconscious.

***An hour later***

It was really bright here and a couple of people were talking together. "Hello Alex, are you feeling better?"  said the pretty woman standing infront of me. I kinda just shook my head yes , "Where am I?" I asked. " You're still in school, you got brought in by Brandon, because you fell on the floor and hit your head pretty hard, I must say" said the lady that I still didnt know her name. ", And I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Miss. Jennifer! If you ever need  my help, I'll always be in my office. For now we're gonna call your parents and you're gonna return home and get some rest, so tomorrow you come back strong.". I kindly said thank you and stood up.

About 20 minutes later, my parents were here at school. As soons as I got home, I got some rest and texted Jake that I wasn't at school and won't need a ride back. He quickly replied "OMG are you okay? What happened ? Who do I need to kill?". I said " Nobody I was running in the hallway and I crashed into someone and apperently his name is Brandon or something. He carried me at the office and I didnt see his face at all so I can't thank him, but if you find anything about him please tell me." I heard my phone ring, but I went straight to sleep....

It was the next morning, I completely skipped dinner and I'm gonna be late for school. I rushed to gather my things and go straight out the door and to school. I arrived at school and everything was alright, till the bell rang and I had to run as fast as I could to class. I didn't even get a chance to check my phone this morning so that's what I did while the teacher is explaining what we'll be doing today. I had one new message from Jake and the other notifications were from Instagram and Snapchat. So I opened Jake's text and it says " Brandon? Brandon is the most popular guy in school. He plays on the football and the soccer team, he's just the perfect guy as every girl say".  My month is open wide and I can't seem to stop looking at this text. I hear at the back of my mind "Alex are you with us? Alex" and no it wasn't in my mind, but it was the teacher trying to get my attention. " Hello Alex , can you tell us what we are doing today?", I dont even know what suject we are in , so I  simply say " No sir, sorry I wasn't listening" . " Maybe stop looking at that phone of yours and pay attention in class". So I shut off my phone and decided that I'll just talk to Jake when we are at lunch.

**Lunch**

"Jake what was that text about yesterday? Brandon is who?" I said.  " Alex, that guy is the most popular guy in the school...", while Jake was talking everything went blurry and I couldn't hear anything. The most handsome guy I've ever seen walked in the cafeteria and sat at the table across from us. " Alex , calling alex back to earth", I look up and notice that Jake was still talking to me. " Alex that's Brandon, the guy that carried you to the office! You should go talk to him, he's very handsome", Jake said."Jake, are you crazy he's a senior, everyone would judge me and he wouldn't like me". I couldnt believe this guy carried me in his arms, I couldn't stop staring at him. He looked over at me and I immediately looked away. The embarrassement started raising up to my cheeks. "Jake, he just looked at me while I was looking at him, omg this is so embarrassing" I said. " Alex it's fine, we should get to class".  While I walked out of the cafeteria, I looked at him one last time..... and he was looking at me too.
