She is in class 2-A and has the mutation quirk 'horse'. She has hooves, horse ears, and a tail. *cough* I'm-not-a-furry-i-swear *cough* Oukai has a pretty bad case of resting bitch face but it really contrasts to her personality. Other than her powerful hooves Oukai uses horseshoe iron knuckles to help fighting.
While at school she is very serious about her studies, but in hero she is high energy and peppy spirits.
Oukais hero suit was based off of her likening for cute things/casual harijuku fashion. He main focus of her costume is her face mask, not only does it look adorable, but it's purpose is to cover up her resting bitch face in an attempt to fool her enemy of her true intentions.
Her likes include, anything cutesy, reading/mathematics, and she is a die-hard gunhead fangirl.
Her dislikes include, kaachan, loud noises, flies, and being in hero without her face mask.
