Backstory| Rose is the younger sister to Henry Bowers, and has been abused by him her entire life. She has several scars and burn marks on her arms and legs from things Henry has done to her. She doesn't really let this get to her, and she is pretty carefree and sweet. She is one of the nicest people in the Loser's Gang and she never lets her brother hurt her friends. She convinced her father to pay for dance lessons when she was younger and she has stayed in them ever since. She is now dancing on a scholarship and she studies pointe at the ballet school in Derry.

Crush| She has a huge crush on Ben.
Personality| Rose is a very happy person, and she doesn't let her home life get to her. She is very energetic and she always has something nice to say. When she gets scared, she has panic attacks and almost completely shuts down. She is a really loving and comforting person, and is sort of the friend that people always go to to talk about their problems.
