Elizabeth's Departure

Meliodas's POV:

News of an attack on Liones sparked gossip and rumors in the new and rebuilt boar hat. The villagers seemed concerned.

"I heard he's worse than those devils that attacked months ago." An overweight customer said while drinking.

"Ya think it's true cap'n?" Ban said from the kitchen.

"If it is I think it's worth investigating. It sounds like fun. What do you think, King?" I yelled out of the window towards the duo of King and Diane. Over the past few months, the two had become inseparable.

"It's kinda nice to see them this happy. I don't think King and Diane have ever looked so happy." Elizabeth said, now standing beside me.

I turned to her and smiled. "What's with the outfit change, I mean, I'm not complaining or anything, but the top looks really tight." I said, groping her breasts again.

"Meliodas! You perv!" Hawk yelled with a mouth full of scraps.

"I just felt like I needed an outfit change." Elizabeth smiled with her eyes closed. In truth this was her training outfit. Merlin had been helping her train. She didn't want to be so weak anymore and she needed to learn how to use her powers.

"Well, I think it really shows off your body. I like it!" I smiled while scratching the back of my neck.

Over the last few months, Gowther gave Diane all of her memories back and now he is in stable condition. Escanor laid on one of the tables asleep from drinking last night.

All of the sudden, I sensed an immense amount of power in the directions of Liones. Merlin used her magic to scare out all of the customers. "Meliodas, News from the north. Rykter, a self proclaimed sin of Hatred, is attacking Liones because he wants to fight us." Merlin said in her normal cool tone. A smile painted onto my lips. 

"Then what are we waiting for? Lets go knock some sense into this guy!!" I smiled determined. Mama Hawk began moving quickly, waking Escanor up. 

"Where are we heading Captain?" Diane said as she walked inside in her small form, hand in hand with King.

"Liones." I said cheerfully.

Third Person POV:

They arrived soon enough, and saw a bit of destruction. "HAHAHAHA!! MELIODAS AND THE OTHER SINS HAVE COME! AS I'VE ANTICIPATED. LORD RYKTER, OUR PLANS ARE COMING ALONG!" A muscular man dressed as a jester yelled excitedly. 

They all filed out, jumping off of Mama Hawk. Meliodas turned to Elizabeth, "Stay here. We won't take long." He said confidently. He then jumped off of Mama Hawk, following the others. 

They approached Rykter nearly immediately. He looked past us. "Is the Reincarnation of the goddess Elizabeth not accompanying you?" He asked instantly.

"Leave her out of this Rykter!" Meliodas shouted.

"Sir Meliodas!!" Elizabeth cried out. Meliodas turned around and looked up to see a black man sized raven with bright red eyes carrying her in the air.

"Elizabeth!" He yelled out, preparing to jump. Merlin grabbed his shoulder.

"Let her take care of this herself Meliodas." She said cooly.

"What! No! Elizabeth isn't strong enough!" He shouted at Merlin. Suddenly a flash of bright yellow light transferred throughout the land and blood splattered onto the ground.

They all looked up to see Elizabeth slowly floating downwards to them, a yellow aura surrounding her as well as bloodied black feathers. "I said let me go." She said simply.
