My name is Jessica Harley and I'm here to answer all of your questions about anxiety.

I've dealt with social anxiety many times, but mostly in public places such as school and theater. Even though I call those places "a second home," I still feel shaky like I'm unwelcome. When someone swings their fist towards be during stage combat class, I flinch; when someone raises their voice in school, I cover my ears; and when someone ignores me or shows signs of holding a grudge against me, I may go into an automatic "don't speak unless spoken to" mode.

Not everyone does these things and I know that. I'm just trying to show you examples of how people suffering from anxiety act.
