'A boring girl, that's what I was. No problems, no special family, and as of this school year, no friends. Life was as boring as possible. The only salvation I could find was the library. It was my oasis, and I never thought that it would it would be the beginning of my new life too.'
So Book of Worlds is about a normal girl who finds that her only comfort in life is her books. As of the current school year her best, and only, friend has moved away.
Now alone she spends all her time in her schools library. While browsing the library she finds and odd looking old book. She is suprised to find that there is an odd lock on the book.
With her stuborn nature and plenty of free time she checks the book out and begins to tinker with the lock. After many hours and many failed attempts she finally opens it.
The book was just as mysterious as it's locked cover. The book is filled with tales of other worlds where the imposible is posible, where the future is much different than most believe, and where one simple thing changed the entire world.
But what she found last, was what scared her the most.
