A dream from June 15th, 2018.

i woke up with another weird dream and a nosebleed.

I lived in a world where people would on occasion have super powers; of any kind.

By on accasion I dont mean a select few people had powers and that was it, I mean it was rare for people to be born with powers, but not uncommon.

Anyway, there was a tornado warning and it was extremely dangerous. I lived in an apartment building with my mom and my sister. My sister was stuck at work and busy. I had psychic powers my mom didn't know about, and i didn't expect her to let me use them for myself. So before she kicked me out, during the tornado, i kicked my self out.

The view switched to someone else.

A boy whose father knew about his powers and was completely okay with it, but that boy was on the verge of snapping, and before he did anything rash that he couldnt control, he ran away as well.

I remember a scene where he was dreaming of his powers taking over him and wreaking havoc, and when he woke up, his usually organized room was chaotic because of the powers he didnt realize he was using as he slept.

Anyway, after he left the his home, He went down an elevator to get out of the building.

He lived on what seemed to be the fifth floor.

He had the things he needed in a bookbag and went on his way. The only thing I took when I left was my phone and its charger. As I left the building I realized I forgot to take my sisters portable battery but it was too late to go back now. It didnt matter anyway because I was hoping to die in the storm.

As I was going to leave the building, walking past the crowded halls, filled almost to the brim with other kids who planned to leave, whether their parents approved or not, I snuck to an emptier room and I saw a pair of girls.

They looked nice.

They looked happy.

And I dont know why, but I envied them.

I knew one one of those girls in real life.

I had nothing to be jealous about, so I have no idea why I was.

Just after I'd left the building, that's when I woke up.

Now that I think about it, the building all this took place in looked a lot like the building where my dad and my sister lived.
