Chapter 19

James' POV

Na shock ako sa nakita ko.. Masaya kasi for the last 5 years wala akong balita sa kanya finally  I got to see her.. Pero may anak na sya..

Her child calls me Daddy.. And I need answers so hinatid ko sila sa bago nilang bahay..

Pinagbuksan ko sya ng car door..

" Pasok ka Haym-- I mean James.."

I really miss her so much.. Kinuha nya sakin si Gabie at inakyat sa kwarto nya para makapagpahinga..

" James"- tawag nya sa pangalan ko

" You have so much explaining to do babe"- sabi ko sa kanya that made her blush

" Explaining? What do I need to explain?"- tanong nya

" Why did you disappear? Sino ang daddy ni Gabie? "- sabi ko sa kanya

" Let's talk about it next time.."- iwas nyang sagot

" No I need to hear it now.."

" Okay fine.."- sabi nya

" Ako ba ang Daddy ni Gabie?"- unang tanong ko

" No."

" Then bakit nya ako tinawag na daddy"

" Aish! Kasalanan to ni Joan.." Bulong nya

" Don't ever lie to me Babe.. Kaya ba di ka nagpakita sakin after graduation.."

" Yes. Nang malaman kong buntis ako.. Tinanong ako ni tita kong alam mo na ako ang nagdecide na wag ipaalam kasi ikakasal kana din naman.."

" Pero.. Hindi naman natuloy ang kasal namin.."

" What?! I choose to distant myself to you para di ko masira ang buhay mo.. Being a single mom is hard but a very fulfilling job for me."- sabi nya then smile

I can't help myself kaya yinakap ko sya..

" Damn! I really miss you Babe.. So are you saying Gabie is my son?"- tanong ko ulit sa kanya

" Yes.. Sorry Hayme.. Sorry kasi tinago ko sayo si Gabie"- then she cries

" Ssshh.. No need to say sorry.. I'm really happy to finally see you.. And our son.."- sabi ko sa kanya then kiss her

She responded to my kiss but suddenly pushed me..

" Ya! Why did you kiss me?"- she asked

" Why? You like it don't you?"- i told her and smiles playfully

" You're still the same Hayme.. Teka nga bat andito ka pa?"- tanong then checks her phone

" Oh. It's late na din.. Just sleep here tonight.."- sabi ko

" Just like the old times.. Kaso wala akong extra clothes sa kotse.."- sabi ko

" No Problem.. Yong mga damit na naiwan mo sa bahay dati.. I still have them.."- she answered

Tumayo sya at sinundan ko sya papunta sa kwarto nya.. I saw our picture on her side table.. And I saw my son sleeping peacefully.. He really looks like me..

Habang naghahanap sya ng damit ko.. I go near her and back hug her..

" Hoy, Hayme ah nakakarami kana."- sabi nya

" Why? 3 years ago when we parted ways wala akong matandaan na nakipagbreak ako sayo or nakipagbreak ka sakin"- sabi ko

" And?"

" So technically You're still MINE.. And in the first place your the mother of my child.. So why can't I Hug you?"- sabi ko

Di na sya nagsalita.. Nangmahanap nya ang damit ko ibinigay nya to sakin..
