-Faith's P.O.V-

Walking up my porch, I took out my keys and opened the door. "I'm home!" I yell my presence known.

My blue eyes grow wide when mom, Freya, and Rebekah all come hurriedly to me. They have these big smiles on their faces that kind of creep me out. "So?"mom asks.

I raised my eyebrows. "So what?" I'm confused. I took off my coat, putting my shoes aside. Getting home I liked to get in a cozy mood.

"Did Adam ask you?" Rebekah clarifies in a duh tone.

"Well, he didn't say anything the whole day," I started.

"Oh, come on!" Freya looked seriously disappointed. I kind of appreciated that because it meant she really cared.

"But...he then asked me out in front of everyone at lunchtime. It was way too dramatic, but I'll remember it forever. So, it was nice." I laughed at the memory.

Mom urges me to specify, "Aw, what did he do?"

"He got on top of a table calling everyone's attention then asked me." their eyes widen, but we break out in squeals all four of us. I still get butterflies every time I think about it. I've been reliving that moment over and over again on my way home.

"Oh my god, what is all the squealing?" exclaimed Kol walking in and covering his ears. Right, I forgot they were vampires for a second there. The high-pitched noises must have bothered him, clearly.

"Adam invited Faith to the dance!" Rebekah screams.

Kol's lips turn into a smirk. "Elijah!" he yelled, crossing his arms.

I raised my eyebrows. "What's with the yelling Kol?" my other incredibly clean uncle comes in unpleasant with the noise. they clearly didn't live around youngsters or boy-crazy women before. Or in this case, around Kol's yells.

Kol doesn't take long in dropping the gossip. "Faith got invited to the dance by a boy."

Elijah looks at me in disbelief as if I had committed a crime. "And who is this boy who's asked you out?" he said unbuttoning his suit. Whenever some rare news was told I noticed he always unattached his buttons. I assume it's to make space and become more flexible.

I fiddled with Adam's ring. "My...boyfriend..." my tone of voice is soft and hesitant. He looked really intimidating.

"Shall we?" suggests Kol.

"Mhm." hummed Elijah.

Freya, Rebekah, and mom shook their heads repeatedly.

"Klaus!" I jumped, not ready for them to call him.
