“A summer camp e?” I mumbled after reading the ad.

“What d’ya think with that one Mint? We can come. I mean there’s no classes already after this week.”  I heard Moon suggested.

“Not a problem with me.But I guess that will be a problem of Serene since she's clumsy af.” Mint answered.

I just sighed then glared at Mint. How dare she mention my clumsiness?!

“Lmao ang sama ng tingin sayo ni Serene, Mint.” natatawang hayag ni Moon kaya naman napairap nalang ako.

I wonder how did I last long being friends with these two. I mean, Midnight Myoui, Mint as we call them, is such a cold hearted person. Ni hindi siya marunong ngumiti. I think ilang beses palang ng makita namin siyang ngumiti.

While Moonlight Hirai, Moon for short is such a dork. She loves playing, especially when it comes to boys’ heart. Playgirl kumbaga. Malay ko nga kung paano siya nakakatagal makipaglaro sa mga lalaki samantalang ang boring nila.

“As I’ve said, not a problem with me.” Mint said as she shrugs her shoulder off. Sometimes she’s really kinda bitchy for me.

“Whatever guys. Kayo nalang ang sumali kung gusto niyo. I guess I’ll be busy this summer.” I said before walking. Sumunod naman sila since parea-parehas lang naman kami ng pupuntahan. Saan pa ba? Edi sa school, kailangan pa naming mag-asikaso ng clearance for the end of the semester.

“Why tho Serene?” Tanong ni Moon habang kumakain ng chips, na obviously, hindi ko alam kung saan niya nakuha. While Mint is silently walking while holding a book. Bookworm Mint is back at it again. Sigh.

“I have to do something.” I shrugged. I can't tell them the truth. Baka ikasira ko pa.

“Know what nakakapagtaka ka na minsan Serene, may tinatago ka ba samin?” aniya kaya naman napalingon ako sa kanya.

“Tinatago? Like what?” I asked. I’ll be honest, kinabahan ako ng itanong niya ‘yon but I can't just let her see the real me, that will be dangerous for the both of us.

“I dunno? I mean palagi ka kasing may ginagawa every summer. Like I’m not naghihinala naman talaga, I’m just asking.” aniya.

Mint was just observing us. I sighed. Again.

“Nah, don't mind me. Wala naman akong tinatago sa inyo, I’m just really busy every summer, that's why.” sagot ko na hinaluan pa ng pekeng tawa. I’m good with that. Faking everything.
