As Managing Counsel for the Direct Energy North American Business unit, Bray Dohrwardt enjoys a variety of oversight and management responsibilities, including enabling a sustainable business operation through the reduction and management of risk. In this capacity, Dohrwardt has been responsible for setting the firm's overall compliance policies and strategies, doing so with the consideration of the products/commodities and business models offered. He continues to serve as the company's liaison with auditing agencies.
