Lucifer is an agent of darkness and a born leader by nature. He lives to strike fear into the hearts of anyone who defies him. While he may seem cold and evil on the outside, he cares deeply for those around him (Especially for a dragon by the name of Julio). When those close to him are hurt he won't hesitate to jump into action.
Lucifer is fast as he is deadly, while he can't take to much of a beating his sheer speed makes him a difficult target to hit.
Armed with his scythe he makes quick work of those weaker than him and poses as a threat to those slower than him.
For every foe Lucifer defeats (and successfully takes a soul from) his scythe evolves and grows stonger, as such Lucifer spends a great deal of his time in world's infested with monster with no hope of salvation, training diligently whenever he can.
