In the Interlude

Hello,

You have decided to give my story a chance and for that, I'm deeply grateful.

This story had been on my mind for a bit, building on the little crush I have on one handsome British actor, Tom Hiddleston. Originally, I intended to write it in French, which is the language I use on a daily basis. But words and ideas kept coming to me in English, which is not my native language, nor my second one either.

So here I am, with my first ever attempt at writing a fiction in English and my hope for your indulgence.

You'll find mentions of different cities, places, streets, cafés - nothing is invented, I have been to all of them.

You'll also notice some French words from Aïcha, the female main character. No translation is offered but you don't need to know these words to understand what's going on. At least that's what I think. Let me know if that's not the case.

Last but not least, I hope you'll enjoy reading "In the Interlude" as much as I'm enjoying writing it.
