{the image above is a picture of the devil mentioned in the poem below, i couldn't find any pictures of the boy or the girl, but i found our devil so that's who you get}
His mind was old, but He, was young;
Her eyes were gold, had he, but one;
Her mind was sold, he fought, and won;
His heart was cold, but she held the sun.
His tears were red, for her, he cried;
His heart was dead, but still, he tried;
Broken, his head, tho he, survives;
His book unread, until, he dies.
Her life was torn, an earth,ly hell;
Babies unborn, hear par,ents yell;
Her love was worn, yet can you tell?
Her love forlorn, grim day, church bell.
He found her page, the words, the shock;
Stuck in her cage, the key, and lock;
Flys in a rage, breaks with a rock;
Devil he comes, softly he knocks.
That one was black, with fire, and storm;
He had a nack, for evil, and scorn;
Now he was back, to Eve, the worm;
Head in a sack, he lifts his arm.
His mind was old, but He, was young;
Her eyes were gold, had he, but one;
Her mind was sold, he fought, and won;
His heart was cold, but she held the sun.
The boy was brave, tho weak, a worm;
Tho his mind grave, controlled, and stern;
A lesson was gave, to him, to learn;
Make devil slave, for boy, and burn.
Adam his name, a worm, the boy;
His heart he gave, to Eve, in joy;
Battle's no game, for strength, not toys;
He fights to save, this girl, his joy.
His mind renewed, he is, still young;
His eye is blue, hers like, the sun;
Devil unknown, boy fought, he won;
His heart was cold, but she held the sun.
