so at first, I used a white background template that I created with picsart in draw settings. you may use the template here below:

Then, I used photo layers app with this template as my background and imported the template 3 circles as a layer. Then I imported the desired image to be put underneath the 3 circles template layer. Then I used the cut feature after the 3 circles template was successfully imported. Using this cut feature will open up the eraser window as shown below. I used auto and pointed the cursor at the 3 black areas; one at each time. Then press done and set the smoothness of the lines cut as you desire. I set it to 4 to hide the small black line that still appeared after auto erasing the black part.
