"Yes, yes I will" she said smiling, they hugged then the bell rung.

On to this boring ass class, I took out my Ipod and earphones put them in and walked into class, I sat down and put my head on the desk and fell asleep

It was finally after school, I walked to my locker and put my stuff away and started walking to my car when I saw Tina and some guy making out of course most likely her hook up for the day, I just rolled my eyes and continued to my car, I got in and pulled out of the school and drove to my house, the girls said they would come over later and watch a movie, then tomorrow we would have a sleepover at Nikki's house, I pulled in the driveway of my house and got out, I walked to the door and unlocked it, but when I walked inside I saw my mom laying on the floor I gasped then ran over to her. I checked if she was breathing she was but barely I grabbed my phone and dialed 911

"911 what is your emergency"
"Hi my mom is past out on the ground and she won't wake up"
"Ok sweetie where do you live"
"1318 nursery lane"
"OK miss I want you to stay with your mom and help will be on the way"
"Thank you"

I hung up the phone and sat on the ground next to my mom trying not to cry which wasn't working because I ended up crying anyways then the ambulance came and the paramedics came in and put my mom on a stretcher and wheeled her to the van, when they put her in the guy asked if I wanted to ride with her I said yea and hopped in. We got to the hospital and they wheeled her to a room and told me to stay seated, I sat down and just cried uncontrollably then my phone rang and it was Tj I answered it

"hello" I said shaking and still crying

"Ali where are you and why are you crying"

"I'm at the hospital, I came home from school and mom was passed out on the ground, so I called the paramedics and they took us to the hospital"

"Ok stay right where you are I'll be there in a minute"

I hung up before he said anything else and just pulled my knees to my chest and laid my head on my knees trying to stop crying, Tj came into the emergency room and when he saw me he ran and gave me a hug and held me then I started crying again on his chest. I drifted off to sleep when I woke up everyone was sitting around waiting for the doctors to come out then I noticed that I fell asleep on someone I looked up and it was Tj, he looked at me and smiled I smiled back then the doctor came out

"Are you guys Maria Rivera's children" he asked

Tj stood up "Yes sir and my sister"

"Well your sister called just in time, your mom was hit on the head pretty hard and she could have died if you hadn't called within a hour"

"Is she Ok now?" I asked standing up

"Yes, but she's resting"

"May we see her please" I was trying not to cry again

"Sure, she's in room 308"

We walked into the room and my mom was hooked up to all these machines, I just wanted to drop dead because I knew how much pain she was in, I sat in the chair next to the bed and held her hand, then I saw that she had bruises on her cheek and arms then I got mad, I stood up real quick and everyone looked at me

"Ali are you Ok?" Tj asked

"NO I'M NOT OK,THAT BASTARD ABUSED OUR MOTHER" I screamed then dropped to my knees and cried Jenni came over and held me in her arms and I just cried on her shoulder

The guys and I were gonna go to the skate park with Tj until he forgot his board, so he decided to call Ali so she could bring it to him, he put her on speaker because we were in the car
