BEEP BEEP BEEP! I sit up straight in my bed and glare at the blinking red dots I slowly place my hand above the death trap and slam down as hard as I can hoping to break it but only successfully killing my hand. I grumble as I slide out of my bed and over to the bathroom where I look in the mirror scowling at my appearance, I brush my hair and teeth before splashing some water on my face to wake up. I walk back into my bedroom and open my dresser I through on a button up shirt and plain black skirt some white knee high socks and my black flats....I'm only dressing like this because Jessie reamed me for an hour about how first impressions are key but I think jeans and a tee would have been fine, it was just gonna be covered by my cloak anyway. I grab the trunk and set it on the end of my bed going through all my stuff one last time. I grab my wand off the counter and carry my trunk out of my room and down the stairs where two other suitcases sat, my name neatly placed on them I grabbed my backpack that hung by the door and placed my wand inside. Preassure against my leg makes me look down and there sat Gravis.

"you do know if you wanna come with your gonna have to be in a crate for a little while." he glared at me "I don't make the rules" I shrugged and walked over to the living room where Jessie sat watching TV "even when I try to wake up early you're always like 300 steps ahead" she looked back and smiled.

"I'm just prepared" it was 9 in the morning and McGonagall said that now that I had my wand, for protection, I had permission to use apparition on us mainly because she couldn't guide me saying something along the lines of 'I have to be at the school early to greet the arriving students.'

"are the twins up I'd like to take them for ice cream before I leave" she was about to answer but two little voices broke in.

"all ready!" the twins cheered in there matching sailor suit themed outfits that I got them, I smiled at how they both tied the neckties wrong.

"come here" they ran over and I fixed them before patting both their heads "I'll teach you how to do it next time ok" they both nodded and I looked at Jessie who was already standing.

"I'll get the coin purse, let's go." they all grabbed my arms and I used a simple spell...that I still hate....and teleport us to an empty street, we walked up around the corner and there sat a small ice cream joint that I remember my parents taking me to a very long time ago.

"wait were buying muggle ice cream?" Jessie asked and I pulled out a wallet filled with muggle dollars handing it to her.

"I traded our currency to theirs, for a general use" she nodded and we walked up to the front where a kind looking, old man, stood I looked down and it looked like Leo and Kaity were having trouble seeing so I picked them both up, Kaity spoke first.

"I want bubble gum with Gummi bears!" her eyes sparkled and Leo just looked devious.

"triple chocolate smacks down" he read the sine.

"well I'll be darned you can read pretty well their young man" the man spoke, Leo puffed out his chest with pride.

"(y/n) here was the one who taught them" Jessie bragged as I blushed a bit.

"well, what would the lass like?" I wasn't feeling very hungry at the moment.

"I'll just take a vanilla cone please" I smiled and set down Kaity and Leo.

"and I would like a mint with chocolate chips" Jessie ordered and the man started and I looked over too her.

"McGonagall said she would hire a house elf to help manage this year. I should be home every holiday and if you need anything I'm just a letter away" I spoke lowly as I went over everything and Jessie only rolled her eyes smiling as she walked up to the counter handing the two their Ice cream though before they even took a bite they ran over to me hugging my waist.
