"I'm tired so you could have the rest of my rations...'all of me for all of us.'"

"Right," Bellamy couldn't help but lightly chuckle, somewhat bitterly as he watched the new Octavia sitting across from him.

Clarke placed the rations in his hand, as she stood up and walked toward the small tent across from his.

Bellamy couldn't help but feel that something was off as he watched she disappear into the night, obscured from his vision. It seemed as if their conversation was cut too short. So, after he finished what was left of the food, he got up to follow her.

Clarke quickly raised the flap up, sitting down on her makeshift bed, everything came crashing down around her. This isn't how it was supposed to be. She wanted to tell Bellamy about the radio, she really did, but when her mouth parted, no words escaped her. Adding on to that, she didn't know where Madi was or how to deal with Octavia and the soldiers that would jump in front of a missile for her, literally.

A few traitorous stray tears escaped her quietly, but there was a sudden rustling of the tent as a mop of inky curls popped through the little hole, the rest of his body following.

Clarke tried to wipe away the tears, but Bellamy saw them.

"Clarke? What's wrong?" Bellamy questioned, stepping closer to the women, who now looked more like that same eighteen year old from so many years back.

"Nothing Bellamy, you can go to your tent. I'm fine."

"Try to sound a little more convincing next time."

Bellamy hesitated a little as he slowly picked up Clarke's fragile hand that was hanging limply at her side. Clarke's eyes connected with his as he rubbed his thumb up and down her knuckles.

"Now tell me. What's wrong?" Bellamy questioned again.

"It's just I- Everything is different, and I knew it would because it's been 6 years but I wasn't ready for it to change this suddenly," Clarke confessed, signing sadly as her body seemed to concave on itself.

"Hey. No matter what, you and me, we will never change, okay?" Bellamy stated, bringing his hand up to caress her cheek.

Clarke nodded, trying to compose herself, as she looked towards the ground. His words inspired her. She was tired of being weak, she wanted to be a little brave.

"I didn't just have Madi," Clarke murmured so softly, that he wouldn't have heard it unless he wasn't so close.

"What?" Bellamy questioned, trying to meet her eyes, but they were still trained on the ground like it was her job.

"Before, when you asked how I did it. I didn't just have Madi."

"Who else did you have?" Bellamy was scanning her face for any changes, as he seems to be missing a piece of what's happening here.

"You."

"Clarke that doesn't make sense. I was on the ring the whole time. I-"

"I radioed you," Clarke said, cutting Bellamy's statement off, because, yes, of course she knows that 6 years have come between them, how could she forget?

"You- you radioed me?" Bellamy stuttered, still trying to get a glimpse at those ocean blue eyes that seem to sparkle even more than before, but she refused.

"Every damn day for 2,199 days," Clarke peeped, feeling the emotions climbing back into her voice.

"Clarke I'm so sorry the radiation levels effected and blocked the communication systems."
