I never knew this would happen to me. One day I was just walking back to my house and saw this... stranger getting chased in an alleyway. So I did what a normal person would. Help him. I threatened to call the cops on his chasers. When they left I walked to him and when he saw me getting closer he tried to run bet he fell. He fainted. He just laid down there. At first, I thought he was exhausted but then I realized he must have passed out. So I ran up to him grabbed his arm and took him to my house and thank the Lord because no one was home. Oh good God, he smells awful. I took off his bag out on his back. I wonder. He was shivering. Was he homeless? Is he all alone? Those questions keep running in my mind until it was night and when he woke up.
He just sprang up the bed and looked around at his surroundings. He then looked at me. Hazel Brown. "Who the fuck are you?!" He shouted at me. It was the first thing he ever said to me. "What am I doing here!?" He again shouted at me. What was he doing here? He wasn't supposed to be here.
"You needed help." Was what I said to him. It's true, he did need help he still needs it. But it wasn't the full truth. I don't know what was but it isn't.
"The fuck I do." He was trying getting up. Keyword 'trying'. His legs were all wobbly it keeps on shaking. I noticed his head looking around again. "Where the fuck are my stuff?!" He asked not so gently.
"It's over there." I pointed at the bottom of my desk at the black bag of his. He went for it. He shouldn't be standing. He should be resting. I went out to grab his shoulder, he was freezing.
"You should lay down, you're not well." I said trying to calm him down. He was shaking, trembling.
"Who the fuck are you to tell me what to do!?" He turned around and pushed me hard and so I fell on the floor.
"What is your problem?! I saved your bloody ass! The least you can do is say 'Thank You'!" I said to him. He getting annoying but then he looked at me.
"Why are you even helping me?" He asked. He was staring at me with bloodshot red eyes. Those brown hazel eyes. It was full of pain. He was hurting.
"You needed help." Such pain.
"Fuck this!" He dropped down in my bed. He sighed. It looked like he wanted to cry.
"What's your name?" I gotta know the guy's name in my house.
"Jason."
"Oliver."
And now he's still in my house for two days. Those two days have a lot of fighting. Shouts here and there. I don't know what to do with him. But I have to go to school though. Does he not? I mean he can't be lower than 11th grade he must be at least 17 or 18 and he's way taller than me. Towering me with his six-foot while I'm a saggy potato of 5'5.
"Hey look I need to go to school today. Are you gonna be okay here alone?" I asked not looking at him. I was busy preparing my stuff for school.
"Yeah, yeah." He said. I turned around and saw he was reading one of my books while lying down on my bed. "What are you reading?"
"I don't know 'Finding Nemo'." He said casually flipping a page. What?
"Well, I'll be back later. Please behave yourself. I'll be back first so don't worry about my parents they'll be home late. There's food in the fridge you can just heat it up. Okay?"
"Oh My God, you sound like my mother. Yeah, I can handle myself." He said his eyes still on the book.
"Okay. Oh! And do try to take a shower. You smell like a bag of illegal plants. You can use my clothes. Though I don't think they'll fit you. I'll be back okay?"
"Oh My God! Just Go!" He finally looked up to me pointing all his fingers at the door. Good.
"Okay then. Bye!"

It's been three hours since left the house. I wonder if Jason is okay. I wonder what he's doing right now.
"Hey!" Someone whispered-shout at me from behind. I turned to see my friend Alex.
"You've been spacing out. What's up?" He said with a worried tone. I have a stranger possibly a murderer in my house and I can't stop thinking about him.
"Nothings Up. Just do your work." I said chuckling at him. It was nice that he was worried.
It was quiet for a couple of minutes. I can't stop thinking about Justin. What was he doing in that alleyway? What was in his bag? I tried to look at it but then something always stops me it's either him or guilt that I shouldn't be so nosy. Does he have a home? Is he homeless? Gosh I hope not, that would be horrible. How about his parents? Does he still have them? I can't stop thinking about him.
I need help.
Finally, the school bell rang and it's lunchtime now and Alex and I are waiting for our friend Felicity. My friends and I were eating and chatting about the upcoming prom. Everything was all nice and good. My eyes started to roam the cafeteria. I stared at the emo's section, their clothes are as black as the night sky. I looked over at the popular kids and saw the jocks and cheerleaders, one was dry humping a jock.
Then I saw him. No not Jason. The jock that is staring at me. I tore my eyes away from him. What's up with him? His eyes seemed mad, angry, confused, goodness I don't really know. Then I noticed that Alex was also staring at the jock. When he saw that I noticed him staring at the boy he quickly averted his eyes and turned to talk at Felicity. Is there something going on with them? Probably. I gotta ask him about that. Oh My God is he gay!? I hope he is.

Finally, school ended. I was so happy that I could just go home and lie down on my bed. Then I remembered that I have someone at home. I wonder if Jason went out. I really am worried about him. How long has he been homeless?
As I entered the door and as usual the house was empty. Mom won't be home till nine I think? My mom is a lawyer. Dad is a professor at college. He'll be home maybe in an hour. I went to the kitchen then checked the food I left for Jason. Gone, and also a couple of things too. Wow, hungry was he? I went upstairs, walked to my door, and opened it. I saw Jason lying on the floor.
Oh my God.
I quickly ran up to him and saw and a syringe injected in his arm. Shit, is he taking drugs? I quickly turned him so he faced the ceiling and gently slapping his face. Oh God please don't be dead. He then started coughing. Oh, thank the heavens! He coughed some more then puked. On my shirt. On me. I gasped then quickly ran to my closet and took a shirt ran to the bathroom and changed.
Good heavens, I hate puke.
I returned to my room and see Jason sitting on the floor beside my bed, one leg up with his arm lying in it. He was staring at nothing. He was so deep in his thoughts. I then took in his features. He was pale very pale, he had tattoos in his body, he was also very thin. Strong nose and jaw. And his eyes, those big sad eyes.
"So drugs eh?"
