Quirk description: User is immune to all or certain quirks and their effects, like how certain animals are immune to scorpion poison or snake venom. This gives the user an advantage in several situations unless it would be part of the natural law, like deep water you down or hot fire you burn.

Quirk drawbacks: Unless effects are from a quirk, then user isn't immune to them. Immune to all quirks, including healing powers. If this quirk is kept even after death then resurrection would be impossible. If the user possesses any other powers, they may be cancelled out or rendered unusable. Indirect attacks can still affect the user. User may not be immune to Immunity Bypassing quirks if they don't already have Bypassing Immunity powers. May still be susceptible to Power Negation (aka Shota Aizawa) depending on which effect was active first, and/or which power takes priority.

Looks: Shelly has slightly wavy brown hair that ombres into a goldish blonde that goes down to a little higher from here mid back and she's 5'4". She has bright green eyes, dark freckles all over her cheeks and nose and has peachy lips with a goofy nerdy smile but her teeth are straight without braces. 

Personality: Shelly is a really kind and sweet girl who finds interests in a lot of things. She always loves to take risks though, being a real trouble maker. Shelly can be a bit of a tease and likes to joke naughtily. She's brave and stands up for people no matter the danger, being one to be very stubborn and rash, told she's always gutsy. She may look or act stupid or dumb, but she's actually pretty smart and intelligent, she just doesn't show it very much as her strong-point are strategies.

Outfit: Shelly often wears a army green shirt with blue short short jeans and a long-sleeve black baggy jacket with writing on the back, with ankle sneakers and always carries around her skateboard.

Hobbies: Shelly loves and adores skateboarding, having of always done it since she was a kid and knows a ton of tricks. She often heads to the Dojo to practice every Monday, Thursday-Sunday to practice.

History: Shelly has always admired and loved heroes, finding and so cool and just like in the stories she would always read, how she says it, 'Protectors of the universe' being the nerd she was. She was so excited to get her quirk, wanting it to be something awesome, hoping for maybe laser eyes or super flying but to her discovery, it wasn't what she had expected. Hell she might've just been normal without a quirk. She became bullied for the quirk she had, almost close to giving up on her dream until she had ran into a villain and got in front of their attack toward citizens, but she saved them because the attack didn't work on her. So she decided to continue, even if she may not be a hero, she wanted to help those who wanted to.
