Chapter 2

Monwella started to think it would all work out for her and Levi then he got kicked out of school and she started to get annoyed by him because he never showed his love for her and spent time with her. after talking to montell at school for awhile she had to babysit for her sister after school and his brother was with her sister so they switched numbers and she texted him later that day and they hooked up. they went on a date the next day after school to get coffee an to the park he pushed her on swing and sang to her and toke her to meet his mother and family. monwella is the shy type so she didn't say much then his gram came to pick him up and he hugged her and kissed her for the first time.

The next day in reading he was sitting behind her and her best friend Amanda she whispered to Amanda an was passing notes back and forth. Amanda couldn't believe it finely happen they were together or at least everyone thought that night after she got home she messaged Levi and broke up with him and got a text when she woke up around 8pm that montell left her for his ex girlfriend that went on for awhile they been on an off but mean while monwella skipped school wouldn't talk to anyone. her dad didn't think anything of it then she started to cut her self again an her counselor became worried of her missing school then 2 days later montell and her got back together. he knew about her addiction to cutting an what her past was like. they had a strong bond their last year of middle school they had every class together and sat together at lunch and walked home together he knew about her counseling and medication.

Monwella got worse after awhile she was on 7 different medications and was being watched closely. her medication effected her to have out bursting anger and mood swings she yelled at her math teacher for asking her a question and ripped up her paper and walked out of class and montell and Amanda just watched. she hid her scars under a black hoodie that she never took off till she toke a shower an went to bed. her counselor and principle soon got ahold of her dad an agreed to send her to get help she didn't get to say goodbye to montell or Amanda in math class she cried as she sat at the hospital waiting to be taken her family showed up it was her little twin brothers birthdays and her dad's girlfriend was expecting her baby brother anytime now she missed montells little sisters birthday. her and montell been engaged for about 2 weeks now since March 16th her parents called her about once or twice a day and came to see her once dureing that time she had group therapy 4 or 5 times a day seen a doctor every day. She never said much but her scars said it all cutting her self at home to school an where ever she could said her addiction was worse then what they all thought.

Monwella got out of placement to her surprise montell was cheating on her with another girl she got mad and told him it how she felt she showed up the next day after school let out and kissed him and told her off. montell and monwella layed by the river talking for hours he said he was glad to see her an he was sorry the marks covered his arms and hands all she did was ask him "why did you do it " all he said in a bitter broken voice was " because I couldn't stand to not have you beside me I love you" montell lost his Virginty to monwella a month later when she was going through homeschooling they were together off an on many bad fights he didn't believe her that she was rapped and abused she would cry late at night he would cheat on her. the love and bond soon toke a fearful turn one night walking her home from his moms she stopped asked him " do you love me " he got mad and pushed her against the wall and from there on out it only got worse a gun to her head a knife to her throat an bow to her heart never did he have the Guts to do it though.

A few months went by they start their freshman year of high school monwella waited for his bus every morning then he cheated on her with Alexa and they started fighting bad monwella wasn't in counseling anymore she moved on to Shawn. a few weeks go by and monwella goes through some changes she is 16 now her birthday was last month and she scared to admit the truth to her self she tells montell he don't believe her so she feels all alone weeks go by and her stomach is getting bigger the test proved it all to him. montell claimed it wasn't his baby she finely told her dad and they got to hear the heart beat for the first time she was ashamed but it got harder for her her best friends helped her after montell got kicked out of school Alex watched over her and Jeff walked her home from school. on June 1st she ended up in the hospital she almost had a miscarriage she fell and montell held her up she sprained her ankle is was swollen and bruised she was dehydrated she could hardly walk for about a month so montell would check up on her every chance he got and started looking for a job he was 17 now and had a baby on the way she stayed with him for awhile then they would fight so she left and stayed with her sister that was be helping raise the baby.

Monwella went for ultrasound but they couldn't tell the sex of the baby at the OBGYN and she went for testing as normal for sugar at the hospital her dad and montell were with her she was scared. the baby wasn't moving and they were having trouble picking up a heart beat so they rushed her down to for a ultrasound an found out the baby is fine and that she was having a boy montell was over joyed the dad wanted to try to make them give the baby up for adoption and refused to get all the medical care she needed. her sister helped her through her pregnancy montell started working on a farm but didn't put a penny to his son he didn't even want to be there when he was born.

Early August after noon when montell came to see how she was doing she is 8 months along due on the 16th she was feeling fine then she started to have back pain and contractions so they toke her to the hospital that night her sisters and montell watched her walk back and forth I'm the room for about 2 hours. the doctor finely came back in and checked her and kept her over night montell left that night on August 7th her sister stayed the doctor checked her again the next morning and let her go home and said it was false labor but later that night she felt it again and she called her midwife an told her sister she did as she was told an relaxed in the hot bath and rested for her appointment the next day she is now 8 months and 3 weeks along she had a week to go to make her due date.

She woke up that morning feeling great helped her sister get the kids around and went to her appointment that Thursday and she was have contractions so she was there for 3 hours then she got to leave. they stopped by montells grams and picked him up they all went back to her sisters and montell was sitting on couch and monwella fell asleep in his lap the kids played and her sister was making lunch and doing dishes. " montell montell!!" Her sister screamed holding her hand as blood covered her wrist and hand an sink and the floor waking up monwella montell jumped up and wrapped her hand up and cleaned the blood up an picked up the broken glass and turned the stove off. monwella rushed around to keep the 3 scared kids calm and get them dressed to go to the ER they got there and got her back to the room monwella went back with her and montell waited with the kids.

During that time her sister was getting stitches monwella realized she was in labor she went to tell montell and called her midwife and explain what was going on her sister finished then toke the kids to a babysitter an rushed her to the hospital she was calm for the most part they got there around 6:45 pm Thursday August 8th 2013 they hooked her up and checked her the next morning at 4:59Am they came in and induced her labor sticking a long plastic needle inside her as she was half asleep then she felt the contractions get worse and they kept shooting her Iv with pain medication putting her back to sleep she would walk back an forth for hours sit up then lay back down by 3pm the doctor checked her again after she made it to 9 cm dilated an was stuck they stuck a long thin needle in her spine to numb her from the waste down then told her it was time to push she was pushing for almost 3 hours then at 5:59pm on August 9th 2013 the baby was born his name is Wakiya 6lb 11ozs.
