The 100 had all been staring at the large buildings and the many, many people that had crowded around the trucks to try and get a good look at the 'astros' as they called them. Now, they were all listening to their leader.

"We will welcome these people into our colony with open arms! We will show them our way of life, and we will show them our rules! We will teach them how to live the way we do: by force." He said loudly before turning to face the 100.

"Because no one lives on this earth without facing obstacles. No one lives here freely. So you must be ready to face challenges that you will have never met before... But don't worry. Your efforts will not go unrewarded." He chuckled, causing the majority of the 100 to grin.

Jack suddenly spun around on his heel, walking towards Murphy. "Take Murphy for example! He saved my sister by risking his own life in doing so, then I asked him to not only be a member of my team, but also my second in command when I became leader. Oh, and did I mention that he also saved my sister once again when my father, the old leader, tried to kill her? Well, he did." Jack said proudly, grinning at Murphy. It was like he was acting as if Murphy was his prodigy. In a way, he was.

The 100 were staring at them disbelievingly, they were scoffing and laughing a little. "Yeah, right."

"You don't believe me?" Jack said, an eyebrow raised and causing them to shake their heads.

Murphy glanced at Jack, who gave a nod of his head. Murphy tore off his jacket, pulling his shirt over his head and off his body. Jack stared back at the 100, then looked back at Murphy again. He gestured to Murphy's body, and the majority of the 100 had their jaws now hung open as they stared at him.

Murphy had the scars from the burns, they were still visible. Some were pink and somewhat shriveled, while others were slightly swollen and white. They would be the ones that would scar for at least a year, then eventually fade away. The pink ones would disappear within a few months.

The patches covered the right side of his body, mainly his bicep and shoulder, then all the way down to just about his pantline.

Then, the next thing that he had was the large cut that was still not fully healed, and had ended up being an inch deep that Jackson had sliced through his arm. It had scabbed over, but was still clearly visible. He had needed stitches for it the night after he had spoken to Eve and she had helped to clean it, and it hurt like hell to say the least.

"Do you believe me now?" Murphy said hoarsely, grinding his teeth slightly. He wondered how they could even have enough nerve to call him out and say that he hadn't changed, that he was still pure evil.

"How did he get burned?" Clarke said bravely, considering that the rest of the 100 were staring at Jack with fear in their eyes.

Jack grinned. "Funny you should ask." He began walking to her slowly.

"The Murphy that you believe is so incredibly evil, really isn't. Yes, he has done things that he regrets and that we wish he hadn't done, but he has also made his mark on this colony. He went into a burning building the night of the hurricane, all to save Eve. He left the building carrying her, with a quarter of his clothes on fire. Literally, on fire." He smiled slightly, looking back at Murphy and Eve. "All because he cared about someone."

Murphy glanced down when he felt Eve's hand move to his, dragging the back of her palm against his slightly before linking her fingers in his. She smiled softly as she looked up at him, and he grinned before pecking her lips softly. He could feel the 100's gaze on the back of his head, but he couldn't have cared less.

He turned his head back to the 100. "So the next time that you even DARE to wrong him, I will be willing to bet that you will be out of this camp faster than your parents and whoever else is on that ark can see." He paused. "So watch it. You're not the only ones that know how to use weapons."

He spun on his heel, smirking and walking back to Murphy. "In fact!" He paused for dramatic effect. "There are five colonies in the state of Virginia alone. Each has their own unique talents that the majority of these colonies have." Jack smirked again. "Ours, is the Raydani colony. We are the colony that focuses on weaponry, on strength, on training our young to be the fighters that will serve and protect it's people. So in other words, I would suggest not crossing us."

"If you think you can do it, you are allowed to attend a small meeting tomorrow. We will be initiating new fighters into the colony guard, and we will help you to train to be warriors, just like us."

"Warriors?" A small girl said meekly, curiosity written all over her face.

Jack seemed taken aback at first, then smiled. He didn't smirk, he smiled. He always did have a soft spot for children. "Yes, warriors." He grinned. "Would you like an example?"

The girl seemed to be very young, maybe twelve or thirteen. She certainly was small for her age. She grinned in reply, and nodded. She seemed like a child in a candy shop, the excitement in her eyes could make anyone grin.

"Then follow me."

About ten minutes later, everyone was now at the training ground. At least, everyone that included Jack's team and the 100. Everyone else was now sleeping again.

"You wanted an example, you'll get one." Jack said, a smile on his face. He seemed to like showing his team off.

"Eve, would you do the honors?"

Eve grinned before moving over to one of the tables, where one of the head guards had run ahead and dropped her bow and arrows on it. Her fingers grazed along the bow, before she quickly put the container of arrows around her shoulders using the strap. Once she had the bow in her hands, it had happened so fast that she had already shot an arrow. Seconds after that, she had shot two more. The second arrow split the shaft of the first, and the third arrow split the shaft of the second.

Jack grinned at his sister's accomplishment, clearly proud of her. "There you have it. My talented sister is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the many amazing warriors in this colony."

The 100 were all staring at the target in awe, but who could blame them? Murphy hadn't met anyone as talented as Eve, not even now.

"Murphy, would you like to show them how much you have improved? Perhaps with some hand-to-hand combat?" Murphy gave a nod, smirking slightly at Jack. He was doing this on purpose to help Murphy blow off some steam.

"Any volunteers?"

"I'll do it."

Murphy directed his attention towards the person who spoke, and couldn't help but grin. "You've gotta be kidding me."
