"I've finally realized who my real friends are and who aren't," said Aron without moving his eyes away from his phone, playing some dumb game. His dark fringe was lightly covering his eyes, but the boy never bothered to move it away.

Sehun stood right next to his desk, staring down at him with his arms crossed over his chest. "So I'm not your real friend then?" He sounded offended. He was. He thought the guy was supposed to be his best friend. Aron was still focused on his game. "It's more complicated than that, Sehun. And we're not as close as you think we are. We never were," he sighed, "I'm sick and tired of pretending, man."

It wasn't that Sehun was annoyed by the person he's considered his best friend since the beginning of highschool, but, oh-

He was furious.

He wanted to strangle the older, right then and there. But he didn't. Instead, he just simply sighed and turned on his heel. "Yeah, whatever. Don't care." The last part came out as a mere whisper. Oh, how he just wanted to leave that school, that town. That country if possible.

His goal already was to leave, ever since he was in 6th grade. To leave after highschool that is.

Being the end of sophomore year, he just needed two more years to graduate and finally escape this beautiful to eye, but terrible to spirit place. People there were awful and Sehun knew he shouldn't have expected much when he moved there. He always had that little spark of doubt deep down, at the bottom of his soul, that prevented him from being much surprised in situations like this. But being a 16-year-old, he just wanted to belive there's some good in people as well. He wanted to believe that not every single person on this planet was a selfish bastard. He always tried to only look for people's good traits in them. But it was hard. Even in his boyfriend who he was with for a while, but the guy never allowed him to get past hugging. He couldn't ever get close to him.

Nonetheless, now that the distractions were out of the way, both his best friend and his now ex boyfriend, he decided to commit to school more and his Korean classes. Living in the US almost his entire life, his parents have never thought him Korean. But being from Korea, he really wanted to learn it, and hopefully earn a scholarship for one of the universities there. That was his goal now. He's going to study his butt off, but it'll pay off.

Two years flew by with a single snap of fingers. Sehun was already boarding on a plane after saying "goodbye" to his parents and little brother.

'Don't forget to call us every day, honey! Take care!' was the last thing his mother told him. He was nervous. Really nervous. That's going be his very first flight in his life. And it was to another country, another continent. After the plane had set off, he comfortably laid back in his seat and listened to music through his earphones. He found himself smiling like an idiot from time to time. His dreams were coming true.

Arriving to Korea felt genuinely amazing. Looking around himself at the Incheon International Airport, the smile could never go off his face. When he arrived to his dorm room in Seoul, he politely bowed to the girl that showed him the way to it. He fell down, sprawling out on the bed after she had left. He was so tired he could just fall asleep in a second.

He woke up an hour later, deciding he could take a stroll around the campus, or even get to know the area around it.
