The actual colour is blue and black. Its all a trick of lighting which makes people perceive this dress differently. ⚡️

Lots of people thought the photo looked like the Sesame Street character Beaker, while others were simply completely confused.
Actually its a photo of a man with his head tilted. If you look carefully, you can actually spot his nose. ⚡️
