It was nearly nighttime. Kaede had invited all of her classmates for a sleepover at her house. Which left her sitting on her couch, waiting for her visitors.

As she was merrily humming the tune of "Clair de Lune", she sprang up when she heard a sudden doorbell.

Kaede: Hey, Kiibo! Come in!
K1-B0: Hello, Kaede. Oh! No one..else is here yet?
Kaede: Yup! You're the first one to arrive!
K1-B0: I brought you a gift, since I figured it would be rude to come here empty-handed.
Kaede: A miniature piano! I've always wanted one of these! Thank you so much! I love it!

Kaede happily hugs Kiibo, making him blush.

K1-B0: A-Ah!
Kaede: Oops, sorry! Guess I got a little carried away, huh?
K1-B0: Well..it's only natural for humans to feel gratitude, after all..

Kaede giggled.

Kaede: I'm gonna put this on my shelf! Make yourself comfortable!
K1-B0: Comfortable..?
Kaede: Yeah! Guests here should always feel at home! Maybe you could play some video games!
K1-B0: Maybe I'll try that. Kokichi has been introducing me to this.

Kiibo proceeds to sit on the living room floor and puts on a video game.
After a few moments, Kaede returns back to the guest, and plays with him.

K1-B0: Bacon omelet!
Kaede: No! Belgian waffle!
K1-B0: Kaede, bacon omelet is the only logical choice I see here.
Kaede: Belgian waffle is obviously better!
K1-B0: Aren't I the one who's playing?

Interrupting their argument, someone rang the doorbell. Kaede stood up and left Kiibo, confused.

Gonta: Good evening, Kaede!
Kaede: Hi, Gonta!
Gonta: Gonta did not want to be rude, so Gonta brought flowers, as gift to Kaede.
Kaede: Aw! Daisies! Thank you, Gonta!
Gonta: Kaede no need to thank Gonta. Gonta just being true gentleman.
Kaede: I'll put them in a vase in the kitchen.

After she did so, Kaede sat down next to Kiibo and Gonta.

Kaede: Oh! Gonta! Which one do you like more, bacon omelet or belgian waffle?
Gonta: Gonta think bacon omelet sound more gentleman. Why?
K1-B0: See, Kaede? Even Gonta agrees with me!
Kaede: No! Don't pick yet! Let's wait for the others! Please!
K1-B0: ...Fine.
Gonta: Did Gonta help?
K1-B0: Yes. Yes, you did, Gonta. Now, let's work together to bring Kaede down!
Kaede: I won't back down just yet, Kiibo!

Someone rang the doorbell.

Kaede: Hello, Kirumi!
Kirumi: Good evening. Would you like me to make some tea?
Kaede: If that's what you want to do, Kirumi!

Kaede sat down next to Kiibo and Gonta, while Kirumi made tea in the kitchen.

Kaede: I played this game first! I know what the true answer is!
K1-B0: That doesn't matter now! I'm the one playing so I should choose!

Kirumi came out of the kitchen with a silver tray, topped with tea and biscuits.

Kaede: This is amazing! You really are the Ultimate Maid, Kirumi!

Gonta stuffed his mouth full of biscuits.

Gonta: Yesh! Fwhat Kerde shed!
Kaede: But wait, I don't have a silver tray..
Kirumi: I brought a few items from home to help me.

Kaede nodded and soon they went back to their businesses.

K1-B0: Kirumi, which one do you prefer, bacon omelet or belgian waffles?
Kirumi: Belgian waffles.
Kaede: That's right! You heard that, Kiibo?
K1-B0: We're tied. What are you talking about?
