Her mother smiled at her and both walked out of the house to get Ayesha's wish done.

Ayesha sat on the chair and watched the small silver coloured bali{ring} in the hand of the man. The sharp edge of the ring giving her some little goosebumps but still she wanted the piercing
Her lips didn't stop and she kept reciting the Darood-e-Ibrahim and Aayat-ul-Kursi
As the man come a little nearer her she closed her eyes and clasped her hands tightly and kept reciting. A sudden feeling of pain rose in her nose and she controlled her pain by holding her clothes tightly in her hands but still she wasn't able to control her tears and dropped about two to three of them. After a little while when she felt nothing she opened her eyes and saw her mother smiling to her. Ayesha looked for her mother confirmation and her mother blinked her eyes.
Turning to one of the mirror kept in the shop, Ayesha looked herself in it and a small silver colour ring shone in the left side of her nose. She smiled within the few tears and walked to her mother.
Paying to the man, Ayesha and her mother walked in a jewellery shop to buy a little gold nose ring for her.

"Ammi I'm looking nice na?"Ayesha asked her mother while walking to their home
"Haan bhai haan"{Yes dear Yes} Her mother replied to her as she had asked this question almost 6 to 7 times
"But ye dard kar raha hai"{But it is paining} Ayesha complained pointing towards her nose
"Control it Ayesha"Her mother said as she opened the door of the house
"Asalam-o-Alaikum"Ayesha and her mother said as they entered the home
Reciting the Darood-e-Ibrahim, Ayesha went and stood infront of the mirror
She smiled again and just kept looking at her nose
"Don't forget to twirl/turn it till night. Okay! Or else it will stuck in your nose and then..."Her mother explained it to her but Ayesha just stopped her in mid
"Nahi Amma, aagay nahi bolna. Takleef hoti hai"{Please don't say further. It hurts}Ayesha made a puppy face and her mother laughed
While Ayesha walked into the washroom to freshen up, her mother walked in the kitchen for the night's dinner.
