"i never knew i could talk so much about myself," harry said with a smile. "sorry if i annoyed you."

"it's no big deal," i said with a shrug as we walked under the moon lit sky. it was crazy how fast time with him went. "i think loving yourself is life's greatest revolution. and it's nice to know someone so passionate about life... it's rejuvenating."

harry chuckled while stuffing his hands on his pockets.

we didn't say anything for a while, engulfing the night in a comfortable silence i never had the luxury to experience.

we stopped by a bridge aside from the highway, staring at the cars passing by and the stars that lit the sky.

harry sat down on the concrete floor and motioned me to do the same. soon enough we were lying on our backs, our shoulders brushing ever so slightly.

"you know, when i was little i used to think there was once a big, bright star and that it exploded into the tiny speckles of light we see today. and i used to wonder, how can something so broken be so beautiful?"

harry looked at me and simply said,

"i ask myself the same thing."
