It was a normal day at school. You were outside in athletics getting ready for softball when you noticed Jonah practicing by himself. "Want me to pitch to you" You asked and walked over to him. "That would be great thanks!" He said. You walked to the mound and started pitching to Jonah. He was missing everyone. "Cmon Marais" You said "I'm trying" he laughed. You kept pitching and he kept missing. Then the bell rang "I've go to go to class. See you around" you smiled and started walking away. "Y/N wait" Jonah said running up to you. You stopped and turned around looking at Jonah. "Same time tomorrow? As you can see I could use the practice before the season starts" he laughed while scratching the back of his neck. "I'll be there. Try to impress me tomorrow" you winked and started walking into school.
