"Hey dudes," I say, walking to the table in which my friends were sitting at, taking my lunch out and emptying the bag.

"I've been thinking lately, we should do something special, just us friends," Veronica stated simply.

"I mean, do you really consider all of us as friends? This is a one time thing right?" Sweet Pea asked, we just moved to this school and although we had a very rough start, Veronica was very stubbornly nice.

"Well, V has been known to be the party girl," Betty laughed with Archie.

Jughead looked at me, "What do you think, should the grandest Lodge host some big event where school Serpents and Bulldogs come together as one?"

"Why do I have to decide? I always get made into leader for some odd reason," I questioned.

"No one says the better statements than you do Y/N," Toni looked at me, biting into her apple.

I slung my arm around Kevin, "Does it have to be all the Bulldogs? Sorry to admit, although we're a gang, they make more of the problems than us."

Kevin chuckled, "You are unfortunately very right. Both of you." Pointing at me and Toni.

She smiled at me and Kevin, grabbing my water out of my bag and helping herself, "So, why don't we just be a good group of platonic, friendly human beings for a night?"

"Sounds great, I hate the war between the Southside and the Northside, it's so dumb," Archie leaned against his hand, facepalming.

"You make a good point Andrews, the first good thing you've ever said since our arrival, or even your arrival," Sweet Pea muttered the last point.

"Calm it, bro." Fangs leaned back, "Be a good dog would you." Sweet Pea threw an empty juice box at him from across the table.

"Great, so my house at 6? We can go to Pop's after, then have a little sleepover," Veronica leaned into Betty.

"Like, boys AND girls though? Is that really a good idea? Not to be the party pooper type, although I totally am, Y/N knows, but is it okay for both genders to be in the same place SLEEPING with each other?" Jughead looked at Veronica.

"I was thinking we could sleep in different rooms, boys in the living room and the girls in another room, all different beds, of course, friends sleep in other beds." She smiled back at him.

"Kevin? Would you be good with that?" Betty playfully poked his shoulder.

"Listen, all these boys are as far in the straight closet as I am out of it OK? Also, my sexuality only works on hot questioning boys Nancy Drew, my gaydar stays silent around everyone here, well except Y/N," Kevin jokes.

I hit him harder than I expected in the stomach when he said that, "Quiet, everyone knows I'm the most bisexual person in this school, other than Cheryl Bombshell over there. Well, Toni too." Whispering the last part.

We all turned towards her group's table. I knew she had fake friends and that she had a horrible life, but she didn't let me break past her defenses, not even Toni could. Speaking of, Toni and I have been friends ever since I entered Southside High. Then it shut down and everything but that's a whole other story. I was always jealous whenever Jughead and she talked, it was like watching my brother and my best friend flirt right in front of me.

He was in a relationship with Betty and he would never cheat on her and Toni was always kind of sly and smooth so them being together wasn't even a thought in my mind or their's, including Fangs and Sweet Pea, but I was still jealous of those two. I liked Toni ever since Southside too, she stayed and supported me through my trials as a Serpent and she also helped me in stopping that stupid, sexist dance that we had to do to become a Serpent. At least for me, I went through Jughead's trial cause I could take millions of punches any day.
