Paris. The city of love. Tourists and travelers from all over the world come and visit. Honeymoons, field trips, business meetings, and vacations. Home of many Parisians, home of our heroes.

Ladybug and Chat Noir.

"Okay class, don't forget to read chapters 4-5 of Romeo and Juliet," said Ms. Bustier, handing out packets and worksheets to the class.

"Dude. Adrien. Adrien!" called Nino from the door of the classroom.

Immediately he snapped out of his day dreaming, missing half of the lesson.

"Oh sorry Nino! You go ahead, I'll catch up to you later."

"Okay I'll be waiting outside."

After getting his stuff altogether, he made his way to the door in thought. I wonder where she is?  I saw a glimpse of her after class, but she's probably on her way home.

Not looking where he was going, he bumped into the girl of his dreams, dropping his bag, letting  papers fall out.

"Oh I'm so sorry Adrien, I didn't see you."

"No, no its alright Marinette, it's my fault," he said nervously.

Both bent down on their knees picking up the books and papers on the bare floor. Their hands touched. A sudden wave of bashfulness hit him like a truck, making Adrien's cheeks redden like a ripe tomato in a Summer garden. Her skin as smooth as silk, he quickly got everything and shoved it in his bag. The thought of her gives him butterflies in his stomach. He has really strong feelings for Marinette, that he simply cannot explain.

"Hey, me, Alya, and Nino are going to go see Jagged Stone's new music concert, wanna tag along? We have one extra ticket."

She put her hand out with the concert ticket, giving him the look 'It's all yours'. He got nervous, and the butterflies came. Just looking into her deep bluebell eyes made him feel uneasy in his position. It was such an easy answer, he couldn't bear the thought of declining her considerate offer, but if he said 'No' now, he would just save himself from the raging voice of his strict father. Most importantly, disappointment.

"No I'm so sorry, I don't think my father would allow me to go. I'm gonna be pretty busy too. Have fun though!" He forced an awkward smile on his face. Wanting to just leave this embarrassing mess, he walked straight out the door passing Marinette with her hand still out.

She didn't just let him go, instead, she used her other hand and grabbed his wrist gently, before he left. Adrien looked backed in confusion.

"Adrien, are you sure? You haven't been able to go out of the house lately and hangout with us. Maybe I could talk to him or-"

Adrien let out a soft chuckle, "Your amazing Marinette. But I really can't I'm so sorry."

Marinette's hand slowly went down. He gave a compassionate smile and left, disappearing down the stairs.

"Hm I really wished he said yes." she said stuffing the ticket in her pocket.

"Don't worry Marinette, there will be other times." said Tikki, popping out of her bag.

"Yeah. There will be."

Marinette went down the stairs seeing no one around.

"They should've been here...great they left without me, I can't believe-" she got interrupted by a fearful pitched scream. Dread rose up her chest making her feel uncomfortable. She immediately got on high alert. Looking around, no sign of any akumas.

"No akumas, there still must be something wrong," she went back up the stairs, into her classroom and closed the door shut. The urge to save a person in need made her brave and strong.

Made her a hero.

"Time to transform, Tikki spots on!"
