CHAPTER 1

Elle

I was running through the hallways of Mallberry High up till a guy bumped on me.

It hit me so hard like hell and when I turn my head,

It was Cane. A sucker arsehole jerking under the bed of her mother.

I wasn't pretty surprised until he tried to get the best of me.

Jerks always have their way to get each other's crap.

He budged me with all of his force and snatched my bag from behind.

It was a very awkward moment because he tried to do it that it almost hurt him.

They were all watching while he was taunting me.

Closer, here they come, closer, comes the shame.

He unfastened my bag and catechized about those things.

It was a long pause until I didn't answered.

He asked me again and this time, he was holding my drawing book that I used to work on about almost 6 months.

I didn't answered again.

He wedged my book in full force until it barely survived from his callous hands.

It was an evident raging moment that swallowed my pride all over.

Despite, I didn't move a thing.

Alexander

I was blankly gazing at the glass window when Mr. Fitzgerald battered the book at my chair.

His face manifested a bitter look while still trying to collect himself up.

He then started.

"Mr. Bathurst, you barely filled that paper with some invisible ink. It made me hard to read it because I demanded some—"

"Wait, I thought you'd give me an A plus?"

"Ha!"

He bawled at me.

Everyone laughed.

"Well, you bet."

Everybody bursted a chuckle again through the air and they all persisted.

These young little turds.

Mr. Fitzgerald headed in front of the class and scratched his forehead.

"Okay folks, tomorrow will be a big day. Though some of you will not make it, I'm expecting at least the half of you tomorrow."

"Who pricking cares about that Grand Rally anyway? It's just all propagandas and nothing. They aren't worth my ears."

Victor said disturbingly.

"Mr. McKinley, wow, always as the same"

Mr. Fitzgerald said degradingly.

Victor was left hanging.

Elle

Being a freshman was terrible. New locker, new hallways, new rooms, new people, new everything.
