It was my first day at school.. University of Lagos was a big dream for me.. I've heard different stories "the good, the bad and the ugly" and I wanted to see for myself...
I was admitted for a four year programme in chemistry,it wasn't the course I initially chose but I wanted to leave home,my uncle bought a change of course form for me since I couldn't meet up to the required points for pharmacy, my dream course...
I was devastated at first but I had to move on.. I was given a room at kofo, room 112. Before then I went to school from a family friend's house..
It was my first time away from home,I am a typical mummy's girl,no outings, nothing at all, just from home to school... The only people I knew were my two cousins, Paul and Ope ,and my secondary school mate, Morenike..
I packed my things to school from home all by myself.. My dad didn't have a car,so I had no choice... I met three guys on my way that day,Lekan,Seyi and Solomon, all JWs.
They helped me with my things from the bus stop to my hostel and Seyi got my number... We became friends and maybe more.
I was just so happy I got to be in the school of first choice, and nations pride😀
