Yoongi and Hoseok have been best friends since forever.

They met in high school, Yoongi wasn't very talkative and was very shy. Everyone had always been kind of scared of the boy, because he seemed unfriendly which led him to not having many friends. Until he met Hoseok of course.

Hoseok remember's that day very clearly, they met in the school hallway when Hoseok had accidentally bumped into Yoongi causing his books to fall. Normally Yoongi would give the person a deadly stare if they had knocked over his books but instead he gave Hoseok a slight smile and said that it was fine as Hoseok helped the boy pick his books up, flustered and apologetic as he felt bad for his doings. Yoongi thanked him as Hoseok handed him an exam pad that had still been laying on the floor. Hoseok had smiled at the boy, "Nice to meet you Yoongi." Yoongi was about to question how Hoseok had known his name but didn't bother asking. He completely forgot he had his name written on his books. "Nice to meet you too-" He had paused awkwardly, not knowing the boy's name. "Hoseok" the boy added, "Ahhhh alright." Yoongi smiled "Nice to meet you too Hoseok."

Today marked their 4th friendaversary and, they had decided to meet up later and have a little party amongst themselves at Hoseok's place. Movies, music, video games, popcorn, sleep overs, pizza... the whole shazam!

Yoongi got dressed into one of his many pairs of black jeans and threw on a gray shirt. He fixed his hair and grabbed his phone, forgetting to put on a jacket as he left for Hoseok's apartment. He didn't live too far away from Hoseok so he decided to walk. It started becoming extremely cold as he was halfway to Hoseok's. He ran the rest of the way as he couldn't bare the freezing cold weather. When he got to Hoseok's apartment and hastily knocked on the door, the younger opened the door and gave Yoongi a bright smile "Hi hyung! Come inside it's cold!" He said, noticing his Hyung shivering. As he was closing the front door he felt the boy giving him a back hug. Hoseok stood there frozen with a slight tint of pink on his cheeks, "W-what're you do-" his words were cut off by Yoongi's, "You're warm."

Hoseok had started developing feelings for a Yoongi a few months ago, he first realized he had feelings for the boy during a late afternoon they had went out for coffee, it was slightly cold at the time and Hoseok's hands were freezing, he suddenly felt Yoongi's hand locking with his. Hoseok didn't mind this, he actually found it cute of the boy. Later on, they had gotten to Yoongi's place. Hoseok was going to go home but it was quite late and Yoongi suggested that he just sleep at his place. Yoongi had forgotten to give Hoseok a blanket and he was cold but didn't want to bother Yoongi in the middle of the night. So instead of asking his Hyung for a blanket he got into the older boy's bed and cuddled with him till he fell asleep. He still remembers that night very clearly.

Ever since then he would get butterflies in his tummy, even when Yoongi had done the simplest of things. Especially when he would show his gummy smile.
He was whipped for the boy.

Yoongi detached himself from Hoseok and went to sit down on the sofa. Hoseok frowned slightly, missing the presence of the boy. "I'll go make some popcorn" Hoseok said, turning towards his Hyung. "Alright" Yoongi smiled, excited as he hasn't eaten anything in a while and the cold weather not helping.

Hoseok sat on the kitchen counter as he waited for the pot on the stove to heat up, he didn't like using the microwave for popcorn because he melted quite a few bowls during past experiences. The only thought going through his mind was how he felt towards Yoongi. He wanted to tell the boy he loved him, but he knows it'd ruin their friendship. So he never brought it up. Hoseok sighed, "I might as well tell him tonight, I can't keep this from him any longer.." The truth was, every time he'd hang out with Yoongi, his heart would hurt, knowing he can never tell Yoongi the truth. He couldn't handle it anymore, he had to tell his Hyung how he felt. Even if that meant screwing their friendship up.

So it was set, Hoseok was going to confess to Yoongi. He didn't know when, but he knew it was sometime tonight.

Hoseok came back with a whole bowl full of popcorn. He saw the boy wrapped in a tiny ball in the corner of the couch. His heart melted at the sight. Why is he so damn adorable?

After a few hours of Yoongi and Hoseok watching movies, playing video games and eating popcorn it had gotten extremely cold.

Yoongi moved closer to Hoseok and wrapped his arms around him, cuddling the boy. They were extremely close to each other, breathing the same air. Hoseok couldn't help but stare at Yoongi's lips. Yoongi had been staring at Hoseok's too. The thought of how soft his lips must be were the only thing roaming in Hoseok's mind. He couldn't control himself anymore. His lips met Yoongi's.

Yoongi's cheeks turned a deep crimson red, not pulling away from the unexpected kiss but instead kissing Hoseok back.

Yoongi had loved Hoseok since what felt like forever. He was too afraid to confess to him as he thought it would ruin their friendship, and he certainly didn't want that. He was literally in the same boat as Hoseok.

Hoseok was surprised by Yoongi kissing back, many thoughts rushing through his head. I can't believe I'm kissing him, How does Yoongi feel?, Should I stop?, Does Yoongi feel the same way as I do?, Am I really doing this?

The kiss was intense and felt like it went on forever. Both Hoseok and Yoongi kissing with passion, with longingness, with desire.

Hoseok was the first to pull away, inhaling deeply before speaking, "I u-uhm... I'm sorry for kissing you so unexpectedly... I've just always wanted to kiss you like that and I couldn't stop myself from doing so..-" he paused, feeling slightly embarrassed because he's finally confessing his feelings toward the boy, then continuing to speak, "I started liking you a few months ago... I just-... I didn't want to ruin our friendship so I didn't say anything... you're my best friend and I didn't want that to change if I told you how I fe-" Hoseok would have kept rambling for a good few minutes if his words weren't cut off by a kiss from Yoongi. It was short and sweet, leaving Hoseok silenced. "I love you too Hoseok." He said. Hoseok smiled, feeling the weight on his shoulders lifted, "R-really...?" Hoseok said, feeling a little shocked that the boy feels the same way. "Yes, I do Hoseok. I always have. I feared telling you my true feelings, because I didn't want to ruin us aswell... I can't put into words how much I love you... and how I feel when I'm around you. You're the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love your bright smile, your personality, the way you comfort me when I'm having a bad day... the way you come over to keep me company when I'm alone even if you're busy. There's days where I had struggled to stop myself from giving you butterfly kisses all over your face...-" Yoongi blushed, slightly embarrassed that we was actually saying this stuff, "God dammit I love you so much Jung Hoseok." Yoongi said as he wrapped his arms around Hoseok's waist, embracing him. Hoseok had a few tears rolling down his face, he grabbed Yoongi to pull him closer and had buried his face into the elder's chest, overwhelmed with emotions.

"Hyung..."

"Hm?"

"I love you."

"I love you too."
