Chapter 2

The final bell rung, Jai and I walked out of the room and towards the front gate. We walked past the trees and Beau stepped out from behind one.

Beau: Scarlet! Can I talk to you?

Scarlet: Yeah of course,

I walked over to Beau and we walked into the forest at the side of the school. He stopped and he stood in front of me.

Beau: hey uh, yeah... I -

Scarlet: Love you too

I pulled him towards me and kissed him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he hugged me around my waist. He tasted like mint. He pulled away.

Beau: Well then, that was intense

I laughed my arms still wrapped around his neck.

Luke: You two, should date!

We laughed and Beau brought me closer to him. I rested my head on his chest.

Beau: Date me?

Scarlet: You’re adorable

I gave him a quick kiss

Scarlet: Of course.

Beau: Oh thank god, I thought you were going to say no.

Scarlet: Wouldn't dream of it.

He laced his hand with mine and we walked towards his car. Luke and Jai walked in front of us, holding hands and imitating us. We laughed and Beau wrapped his arm around my waist and lead me out the gate. We got in his car and drove towards the Brooks house. I texted my dad letting him know I would be home later tonight.

We pulled up in his driveway and walked into their house. Luke and Jai ran into the house and up to their rooms. Screaming and making all kinds of noises. I went and collapsed onto the lounge.

Beau: Paranormal Activity 1, 2 or 3?

Scarlet: Number 3!!

I yelled, Beau laughed and sat down next to me on the lounge after he put the DVD in. He put his arm around me and I laid down on his chest. I looked up at him and kissed him. He kissed me back and I rolled over so I was facing him. My fingers tangled in his hair and his moved his hands down so they rested on my back. The front door opened and we broke apart and both stared at it. Gina waked through the door holding a bag and talking on the phone.

Gina (on phone): Yes, I'm sure the boys will be happy with that. Okay thank you.

She hung up and turned towards up. Her face changed to confusion as she took in the suit of me and Beau cuddle up on the lounge.

Gina: Did I miss something..?

Beau: oh yeah, were dating!

Gina: about time... Anyway, meet and greet next month sounds good?

Beau: Sure does. Can scarlet come..?

Gina: Of course!

I laughed and kissed Beau, but quickly pulled away because once I remembered Gina was right there. Beau laughed and hugged me. Gina laughed and walked away just as the movie started. I lay down on Beau and directed my attention to the movie. Twenty minutes into the movie I drifted off to sleep cuddled up to Beau.

I woke up to a bright flash hovering over us. I slowly opened my eyes to see Luke and Jai standing over us taking pictures of us asleep on the lounge.

Scarlet: What the hell are you doing?!

I looked up at Beau and saw he was just waking up.

Luke: we are informing our fans of this new relationship.

Beau: You're such faggots.

He looked down at me and kissed my forehead. I got up and fell onto Luke after realizing I had a numb foot. Beau jumped up and held me up while I got the feeling back in my foot. After about 15 minutes of standing with pins and needles I was finally able to walk again. I walked over to the bench and checked the time. It was 10pm.

Scarlet: OH CRAP!

I started freaking out and ran around grabbing my stuff and started for the door.

Beau: what's going on?!

Scarlet: Dads going to freak out!

I hugged Beau and kissed him before running out the door and across the street, carrying my shoes, Laptop and school bag.
