Hello everyone, and welcome to my collection of BanG Dream (bandori) oneshots! I'd like to start off with some good ol' Kasumi x Arisa bc that's one of my favorite ships from the show as well as the game. Please forgive me for not updating my Love Live things, it's just this show has been taking up literally all of my time. So sorry~ anyways, let's get the gayness underway! (Also, Su-Suki Nanka Janai! (I-I Never Said Love!) was written about Kasumi and nobody can tell me otherwise.)

==================================================================

Arisa's P.O.V.

I stared at myself in my mirror once more, making sure to place my hair in just the right spot as I waited for Kasumi to arrive. I couldn't figure out why I was even making myself look nice in the first place. Just because she asked me to lunch and a movie didn't mean it was a-- I stopped the thought before I could even finish it, my face turning bright red. Of course she didn't think of me like that! It was insane I even imagined she would!

There was a short knock before my grandmother opened my door and said, "Arisa, your friend is here. Why don't you come say--"

"Arisaaaa~!" My grandmother couldn't even finish her sentence before Kasumi had pushed past her into my room, her surprisingly strong arms wrapping around me and squeezing me tight. "Hurry hurry, we'll miss the movie!"

I groan and attempt to push her off me. "Jeez, get off Kasumi! You're going to wrinkle my dress!" She stopped, as if just noticing the new dress I'd bought and stared in awe.

"Wow! It looks amazing, Arisa! Did you buy it just for today?"

I scoffed and said, "of course not," even though she was right. When Kasumi had invited me, I'd realized I had nothing to wear so I'd left that same afternoon to buy a brand new sun dress. The simple white design was something I'd fallen in love with instantly, though I blew my whole allowance on it. But seeing Kasumi's glittering eyes as I swished the fabric around made it so worth it.

"Whatever. Let's just go." I grabbed my purse from off my desk and strode past her, feeling butterflies begin to fly around in my stomach. It had been gradual, but after spending so much time with Kasumi, I'd found myself beginning to develop feelings for her. Every time her name came up in a conversation, my heart would begin to race and my palms would sweat.

"Thank you grandma! We'll be back later!" Kasumi said, clamoring after me and slipping on her shoes just before the door.

"Take good care of her," my grandmother called as we slipped out through the door, Kasumi waving goodbye. I couldn't tell who she meant.

"Jeez, Kasumi. Can't you do anything without freaking out for once?" She gave me a confused look, her ever present smile still plastered to her face. I groaned as my heart began racing and I pushed her face away. "Come on, we're losing day light." I began walking down the path, clutching my purse close to me.

Kasumi followed a few steps behind, humming a tune I'd never heard. "Is that a new song you're working on?"

She rushed to stand next to me and nodded, her girlish smile still on her face. "O-Tae and I decided to work on a song together--I just got the melody down the other day and I can't stop humming it. It makes my heart pound so fast just thinking about performing it live! Everyone is gonna sparkle like crazy!"

I rolled my eyes as we crossed the street, nearing the movie theater already.  "You're so childish, Kasumi. 'Sparkling' and 'heart pounding' things are meant to be left in the past you know." I stopped before the ticket booth and turned to Kasumi and asked, "what movie are we seeing today again?"
