A summer afternoon is spent
sitting in the playful sunshine
looking at the essence
of rain drops,
And the trees and flowers that shine;
Yellow purple and blues,
Nature with their happy hues.
The bougainvillea have been crowned with
the jewels of the rain today;
The sun shines through
the glass cut dew drops.
A summer evening brings
the sunset streaks that paint the sky
as the glowing sun,
says his last goodbye.
Then we wait for the bubble moon;
Who sweeps away the darkness of the night,
As everything fades away from sight.
