Ivan's POV...
I am Ivan, 23 years old. Picture attached is me (insert wink). Computer Engineer ako sa isang di masyadong kalakihang kumpanya dito sa Manila. Naghahanap ako ng matutuluyan na malapit sa work place ko para hindi hassle sa pagpasok at pag-uwi. Then I found this boarding house na mag o-open palang. I tried inquiring and I liked the place. Sakto lang yung room, hindi maliit at hindi rin naman ganoon kalaki. Sakto lang para sa isang bachelor na tulad ko. Affordable rin at kayang-kaya ng budget. I'll just wait for the boarding house to be fully occupied para pwede na raw ako maka-move. Meaning, aantayin ko munang magkaron ng iba pang tenants para makalipat na ako.

Ella's POV...
Olla (insert wave)! I'm Ella, 21 years old. Senior Analyst sa isang international company dito sa Manila. Currently looking for an apartment or whatsoever na matutuluyan. Ayaw ko muna umuwi sa family ko sa sobrang gulo. I just wanna be alone and free from stresses na binibigay sakin ng family ko. Financially stable naman kami, pero hindi nga lahat ng family ay perfect. After a week of looking for a place to stay, I found this newly built boarding house. I find the place cute, yung room na pinapaupahan nila is halos kasing laki lang ng room ko sa bahay namin. Agad akong nagpa reserve and sa kasamaang palad, hindi ako agad makakalipat kasi kailangan pa raw mapuno bago palipatan. Which made me sad, I wanna leave our house as soon as possible.
